Outdoor space includes a covered patio & hot tub, outdoor kitchen with chef's grill, refrigerator & fire pit. Kayaks, paddle boards, 2-person canoe, floats & fishing poles are available. Comfortable Apartment in North/Central Omaha

Our place is 15 min. from Omaha's zoo; 10 min from the Old Market; 5 min. from shopping/restaurants; 15 min. from the airport, and for nurses 3-10 min. from several hospitals. The 1000 sq. ft. apartment occupies the lower level of our house with a separate entrance and patio. SANITATION PLEDGE: We are taking extra measures to make sure your rented space is safe. At each cleaning, we use disinfectant to wipe down all surfaces, handles, railings, light switches, remote controls and appliances.

Private suite located on the lower level of our home, with direct entry through the garage via key code. Guests love having immediate access and NO STAIRS!!! 8 Minutes from both main interstates. 15 minutes to downtown, the ballpark, zoo, shopping, and 20 minutes to the airport. A full-service grocery store is just 2 minutes away, offering a pharmacy, deli, pizza, liquor, and a Starbucks. Excellent restaurants are nearby, as well as Dunkin' Donuts, which features a drive-thru for convenience.

Cozy Nest on the Platte River

Enjoy quiet country living in our guest house by our home on the Platte River. There are forty acres where you can fish, walk, swim, or just relax on the porch. The nest accommodates a family of four, but if you need more space ask to add the River Room to your reservation. Enjoy one of the restaurants nearby or bring your own food and utilize our gathering space with couch, tv, fridge, kitchenette, and grill. WIFI is available but we recommend you put down the devices and enjoy your getaway.

Our cozy, quiet, home backs to walking trail, creek & prairie. Easy access to interstate, restaurants & shopping. You have private access to our walk-out basement w/bedroom, living room, bathroom, and kitchenette, + board games, books, ping pong, our backyard and a nearby park. The bedroom has a Cal King bed & dark, cool sleeping. The family room includes two twin beds and a twin mattress on floor, plus our large comfy sofa and floor to ceiling windows showcasing our green space.

Coastal Retreat Getaway, Secluded, Off 370/I-80

Step into a private and cozy space. Relax watching TV in bed or on the couch. This place is part of our walk out basement, so you may hear day to day living upstairs. For your safety there is a Ring camera installed at the entrance and will light up the entryway when it’s dark. Parking is on the well lit public street. Easily walk up our dedicated Airbnb sidewalk, no steps, walk around to the back of the house. You’ll be in a serene space that makes you feel right at home.

You can expect a friendly neighborhood, a full kitchen, gas fireplace, and natural light! Our shared backyard has a large fire pit, outdoor dining, and the gorgeous NE sunset. A wood burning fireplace gives the home a cozy warmth during the winter months. Outdoor fire pit as well as a gas barbecue are available for use in the large, fenced back yard. Fully stocked kitchen should have most everything you'd need to prepare and serve a nice meal. We look forward to hosting you.

Museum, College World Series, Old Market, Henry Doorly Zoo, Lauritzen Gardens, & Buffet's Meetings!
