This is our second time staying here and we absolutely love it! Beautiful, comfortable, convenient — and Kevin is a wonderful host! Can’t wait to come back again!

We came here for a girls weekend and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was clean, the hosts were great and we loved the hot tub in the evening. It was also super close to the “downtown” canon city area which we loved.

My favorite part was the big kitchen. It was nice for preparing meals and visiting.

From the very beginning the whole process was easy. Answered questions promptly. Place was as described and clean, felt right at home. Loved the game room, had a lot of fun. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Thank you!

Lovely stay in a peaceful place! The views are absolutely spectacular and the home was exactly as listed. Very spotty coverage with Verizon but it was nice to be able to disconnect.

The house was absolutely amazing. The view from the upstairs patio was spectacular. The stars were so clear at night. It was breathtaking. The only negative side is that we were not able to use the fireplace due to an unfortunate death of a bird, which is no representation on the host of this spectacular house. I will definitely be staying there again the next time I’m in the neighborhood.

Karen and her home are amazing. We had a rough travel day and Karen responded quickly to welcome us and help us find much needed resources. The house is adorable, cozy, and had everything we needed. We felt very at home and i know that our trip went as well as it did because of Karens hospitality and beautiful home.

First, take a photo of the key code and text to your group. I did not and left my phone in the house. So, yes, I locked us out. Everything was on my phone. My friend sent a message through AirBnB to Wendy explaining what happened. She called her right away and got us back in the house. Phew! The house is a 10-minute walk to downtown Salida, which is so cute. Full of shops, places to each, art galleries, stores for kids, an arcade, etc. One can walk to the grocery too. The house had everything we needed. It is nicely maintained, quiet and comfortable. Our only issue was the one bathroom. We managed with it. If you have a teen who takes forever anytime they in the bathroom, this could be a problem. Plenty of hot water for several showers in a row and lots of towels. Really like having the washer/dryer access even a drying rack. I would stay here again!

It felt like a perfectly homey place. Everything was spotless, and all the small things were provided in the room and bathroom, which was perfect! Their quick responses and location recommendations were awesome too! Overall, I highly recommend it!
