Tasseltop Cottage in Sugar Hill

Our guest house, affectionately known as the “shanty” is located in a very private setting on our property in Sugar Hill. We are located about 25 minutes from the Brenton Woods Ski area and also Loon Mountain ski area. Cannon Mountain is about a 15 minute drive. Our property abuts the Toad Hill Farm wedding venue and is a 5 minutes from the cottage. The Bishop Farm wedding venue is about 12 minutes away. Pinestead is one of NH's oldest working family farms, with roots going back to 1793. The Pantry is one of 4 private guest units within our 1852 farmhouse. Once the farmhouse kitchen and pantry, here meals were prepared for Pinestead's early guests, long before today's kitchen replaced the old Dutch oven fireplace. It offers 3 bedrooms, kitchen, living room & private bath. Pinestead is simple, rustic & imperfect—not a polished “farmhouse-style” getaway. Read on to see if it's your kind of place!

Bear Hollow is a 3+loft bedroom, 2.5 bath log home just 5 minutes from Cannon Mountain & Mittersill. The perfect destination for all seasons, it's nestled in the mountains and woods of Franconia, NH. Easy access to the White Mountain National Forest for hiking, biking, zip-lines and swimming. There are several nearby golf courses and ski areas. The house has a wrap-around porch, fully equipped kitchen and gas fireplace. Reservations for guests over the age of 25 or families w/children. No pets.
