We had a great experience with Sam and the overall stay. I had some last-minute changes to our booking, and Sam was incredibly accommodating and proactive in helping us adjust our plans smoothly—his communication was quick, clear, and friendly throughout. The space is exactly as described in the listing: clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out. It’s a cozy basement apartment. All the features—from the well-equipped kitchen to the comfy bed and living area—felt very intentional and well-maintained. Many little touches made the stay even better, like clear instructions, fast WiFi, and plenty of towels and toiletries. The location worked well for our trip. My wife and I had a great stay at this apartment, and have already booked it for our next trip to Toronto. The apartment is full of thoughtful touches and you can tell it was designed with care. Unlike some Airbnbs that seem to be filled with someone’s old cast offs, everything was clearly chosen to make the space as functional as possible. The neighborhood is calm but also has plenty of shopping and restaurants in walking distance. Liz was a friendly and helpful host. Just take note that the low ceilings would be a challenge for taller people (which is stated clearly in the listing). We’re really looking forward to coming back! Thanks Liz 🙏🏻🤗

I’m almost afraid to leave an accurate review because this place is such a hidden gem I don’t want to compete when we try to stay here again. This home is so beautiful, well stocked, cozy, incredible neighbourhood, and I could go on and on. Ottilie was a thoughtful host with excellent communication and she opened her home up to my family. I will never try to stay anywhere else in Toronto! Thank you, Ottilie!

Preston was a great host. The property is beautiful with a great view in the backyard. A very clean property as well. Preston was very accommodating, and very responsive. Definitely will book again.

Caroline’s place was perfect for us. We were a group of two adults and two young kids. The house was spotless, very well-organized, and fully equipped. The neighborhood is one of the best in Toronto safe, family-friendly, and full of things to do. The directions were accurate, and parking was easy to find. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful. It truly felt like a home away from home. We would definitely recommend it.

Great place to escape from your daily routine or have a great weekend! The hot tubs were just out of this world, plus sauna in just one place made it even better. Leijun is a very friendly sir with interesting life experience. We had a very impressive and happy chat. The room is very clean and comfortable. He has a lovely and big yard.
