We enjoyed staying at Christopher and Michelle’s place. It was clean, convenient to nearby attractions, they quickly responded to questions and provided recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Jacob was a great host. I understand it is a new property for him. There is a few things that need to be done updated he was willing to do that while I was there was no big deal for my stay, but I know he will have those things done before his next guests are scheduled everything was absolutely perfect. We transferred over to Richard’s Airbnb location seamlessly during the last hurricane. The place was very spacious, comfortable, with high end finishings, easily accommodating myself, daughter, granddaughter, and pet. Richard was a great host especially considering the circumstances. Very responsive and openly communicative when needed or necessary. We would definitely stay at Richard’s Place again when in the area. Eric - out of state traveler

Communication was constant and simple. It is the first Airbnb that I have stayed at, where the photos did not do the place justice. It was even nicer than what the photos showed - and that's saying a lot. The house was extremely clean and very open. There was never a point where I found something dirty or had any negative reaction. The pool area was spotless and the grill was very clean. Ran into two issues on our stay. The listing said 5 beds, but there were only 3 (one in each of the 3 bedrooms). I was told that there was 2 roller way beds (full size) and after searching high and low, I reached out to the owner. Later that night, a gentleman came and found one that was in a storage closet, but couldn't locate the other. We were able to make sleeping arrangements work, regardless. The only suggestion I have to make the place feel more at home, is that there are no kitchen towels, dish towels or oven mitts. This made things a little difficult, and is a quick fix.

This is an adorable two-bedroom cottage with a large living room. The location is easily walkable to a number of restaurants and bars. These establishments were close enough to sit in the backyard and listen to the live bands playing at those venues. I loved that! The house was immaculate and nicely furnished and it was centrally located to downtown and close to Punta Gorda Isles and Port Charlotte. Easy to find off the interstate. Would return!

Beautiful, spotless, spacious property only feet away from the Shamrock trail. We enjoyed the daily walks along the Venice canal. Both Venice and Nokomis beach are minutes drive away. The beach chairs and towels are a great bonus Yelena supplied. The location is convenient but still tucked away and peaceful from the busy roads. We’ll definitely be back!

We can't say enough good things about our stay at Troy's property. Everything was perfect. The place was clean and nicely decorated. The pool was immaculate and heated! The book of instructions had all the information we needed. Troy always responded promptly to our messages. We definitely will book a stay again for a longer period of time in the future!
