I was looking for some quiet after a stressful few months and something of a view. I love the water so I picked this place and it want a far drive from me. I felt at home and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you could think of which was great because I really wanted to bake for myself and just do a great self care weekend which I did. Me and my pup got to have some alone time and hang by the water across the street at the gated off little beach. Hung out in the hammock and sat on the boat launch. Exactly what I needed. Definitely coming back !

The place was great and just as pictured/described. Joann gave great instructions and was very responsive. We were only there for a short stay for a race, but it looked like a great area I would’ve loved to explore if we had more time. The only thing I didn’t care for was the requirement for to wash and dry all towels before leaving. Since I already paid a hefty cleaning fee that seemed like a bit much. And the washer/dryer is small so this took a couple of loads to get done.

I cannot say enough about this home. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with beautiful views, this is the place for you. Hosts were extremely helpful & very quick to respond. We got lucky with beautiful weather and got to enjoy the lake but, stargazing in the jacuzzi at night was a perfect touch. We seriously loved every bit of this home and would love to return one day!! We had a great 2 night stay in early spring. It was perfect for a get together for 3 couples to meet in a convenient location coming from 3 different directions. We used the hot tub and sat outside on the porch. Close to bushkill, dingmans and Milford where we went for brunch on Sunday. Cozy place.

We just finished a two month rental of John’s wonderful home. Our family of 5 used the home primarily on the weekends when we were enjoying ski season at Belleayre Mountain. I can’t say enough great things about this home. Our family felt totally at home - every aspect was perfectly maintained and the home maximized comfort. Our favorite part of the home was the great room where we would watch movies on the huge family sofa in front of a crackling fire. It was the perfect way to end a day of skiing. Our kids loved the downstairs family room with the foosball table and there were lots of games to play and keep everyone busy and entertained. And the kitchen is huge and very well stocked with all the appliances you will ever need. So it was a fantastic 2 months and we look forward to renting this property again!

We had a wonderful stay. My family enjoyed all the outdoor seating overlooking the lake. My teenage kids had a great time using the canoe as well. The house is as advertised - pics & descriptions are all accurate. Would recommend this place!

The place was just beautiful, great location for the event we needed to attend. very clean.

Perfect for a ski weekend. Sauna is great, and location cannot be beat.
