Thank you so much Julie for letting us stay in your beautiful home! The location was perfect for a peaceful getaway over Easter! Stayed with a bigger group, so plenty of space to hang out together, or separately if needed. Beautiful yard for pets and very close to the beach and shops. Would definitely come back!

I really appreciated how responsive and accomodating Mike was during our stay. He made sure all our needs were met and rectified any issues we had. Instructions were clear and the place was beautiful with plenty of activities to do. My family and I made great memories during our short Easter getaway here.

We were very happy with the house which suited our needs perfectly and the location was beautiful. Being so close to the beach and hearing the waves at night was so peaceful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Aero! It’s a great house for families, set in the trees on the shores of Smiths Lake. We enjoyed the local beaches and lakes and Sue is a great host, quick to respond and very friendly.

What a gorgeous home to stay at .. All the comforts within were perfect.. The house was immaculate & the amazing fragrance when you walked into the home .. I have stayed at quite a few BNB’s over the time & found Claudia’s property to be one of the best .. Claudia was so accommodating & lovely to communicate with .. The area surrounding the property was very peaceful & to sit out in the back yard was very tranquil .. Great place to stay. Very spacious and comfortable. Great outdoor entertaining deck also. The kids loved the spa. Liz was very responsive to all requests

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Mary’s suite. Loved the ease of the location and the beautiful garden views. Mary was open and enthusiastic giving me plenty of options for sightseeing in the area. Will be coming here again!

We had an amazing stay at Mimi’s place. It was spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, and exactly as described. The location is perfect — close to shops, restaurants, and public transport, yet quiet and peaceful. The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning and became our favorite spot to relax. The host was incredibly kind and responsive. It was a fantastic experience and we’d gladly stay here again. Highly recommended!

Great stay recently in Shoal Bay. The place is perfectly located near all the local shops & restaurants. Easy to get around to other nearby beaches as well. Robyn was a fantastic host, really responsive & sent us suggestions of things to do in the area. We also left something behind & Robyn was so great at getting it back to us. Would highly recommend.

Narelle’s place is situated perfectly 2 mins walk from beautiful Little Beach and other attractions/activities in this area of Port Stephens. The apartment was beautiful and spotless with a fully stocked kitchen with everything you may possibly need as well as games and rackets for the tennis court. Parking was available on site. Additionally Narelle was quick to respond to any queries I had. I would definitely recommend Narelle’s place. I wish I could’ve stayed longer.

Stunning views of the beautiful beach and there is a great coffee shop on the same street. The apartment has everything needed for a holiday with family and is very neat and tidy. The fruit and cheese platter on our arrival was so lovely and unexpected. We will be returning!

The accommodation was spacious, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully appointed. Check-in was seamless, and the property is situated in a quiet neighbourhood within easy walking distance to town. It is also highly accessible for guests with limited mobility. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay — highly recommended for anyone visiting the area.

This place was incredible! This holiday unit was beautiful, clean, ocean view, spacious and with all the amenities available including the pool and gym- I could not recommend this place enough. Lorraine was nice and really easy to communicate with, Thankyou for letting us stay at your place 😊

Bruno's place is right next to the famous One Mile beach, which is super convenient. The kids had great time there. We booked both apartments A and B for two families. One of them has a dishwasher with a bigger kitchen, so we spent most of the group time over there in apartment A. I would recommend this place and will come back with friends.

Wow!! What a gorgeous place and to walk a few steps to the end of the road and find yourself on an amazing beach !!! Walked the length of the beach and back in the rain and found it awe inspiring. Property is really comfortable and well equipped. Full kitchen with loads of treats which was much appreciated. The bed and bed linen is to die for and as away from lounge I could get to sleep while OH watched TV .. what a treat. Everything you could possibly need in a wonderful position - if you surf you must stay here !!!!

Nice place by the sea, though the ocean view was limited. Super close to shops and everything we needed. The host was easy to communicate with and replied quickly. Overall, a great stay!

We have been on a lengthy road trip and Bill’s place was our favourite out of every where we stayed. The views were amazing, everything we could need was catered for and we felt very comfortable and at home. Would have extended our stay if we weren’t on a schedule so will have to come back another time. Not sad about it-a wonderful part of the world and an awesome accommodation option 🙂

Wow, this garden apartment is fabulous. Arrival was easy & straight forward. On entering, I was pleasantly surprised. The apartment is so spacious, bright & airy and the proportions are very generous. A rare find indeed. The kitchen is lovely with everything you could possibly need. The bedroom is roomy and the bed devine, so comfortable. The bathroom is large & bright with a spacious shower & a separate bath.. There is a well equipped gym and a lovely swimming pool, all on the same level as the apartment.. both well used by us.. We loved it so much that we will make a night stop, room only, on our return.
