Bellissima accoglienza, disponibilità e attenzione. In casa abbiamo trovato tante cose che hanno reso più semplice il ns soggiorno, anche generi di prima necessità per la colazione. Portiamo via un bel ricordo e la voglia di ritornare.

I think the place is well-maintained and clean. It's close to the cost and has a great view. Just a heads up that if you carry lots of baggage, taking your stuff to the unit would be challenging. It is on the 5th floor and there is no elevator. It's already mentioned in the description, so there is no surprise. Once you get to the unit, you will be amazed by the view and unit quality. Dan also helped us find a garage for the car we rented. It was easy to access and safe. Overall, I found Dan very helpful and responsive.

Antonio ist ein phantastischer Gastgeber und Reiseleiter,an den man sich jederzeit wenden darf.Seine Antworten kommen unverzüglich. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber,alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden. Sie liegt in einem Arbeiterviertel,welches sehr autentisch ist für Napoli und seine Umgebung! Nachts kann man sich bei absoluter Ruhe wunderbar von den spannenden Eindrücken dieser Stadt erholen Bus und U-Bahn sind gut zu erreichen und im nahen Umfeld gibt es kleine Läden! vielen Dank,Antonio,für den angenehmen Aufenthalt

Enrico war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer gut erreichbar, wenn man Fragen hatte. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Empfehlenswert!

Un soggiorno che ci resterà nel cuore! Augusto, Eva e Enzo sono stati davvero gentili e cordiali, ci hanno accolti e trattati davvero bene dall’inizio alla fine del nostro soggiorno. Non sono mancate le indicazioni per le spiagge e i punti di interesse ma anche le dritte su dove andare a mangiare sia come ristoranti che come stuzzicherie! Che dire? Delle persone davvero squisite con cui è stato piacevole scambiare qualche chiacchiera durante la giornata! Villa Martina è un posto splendido, a partire dall’architettura, la piscina e la zona vista tramonto un poco più appartata. CONSIGLIATISSIMO sotto ogni punto di vista! Speriamo di tornare in futuro :)

Che dire…tutto perfetto!! L’alloggio è situato in una posizione estremamente tranquilla e fresca, il pezzo forte è sicuramente il suo ampio panorama che in tutte le ore del giorno non ha mai finito di stupirci; dotato di un solarium che ci ha consentito di pranzare (vista la presenza del cucinotto) e di riposarci la sera dopo una lunga giornata; ..e poi Michele, una persona eccezionale; ci ha accolti con degli omaggi molto graditi: i suoi pomodori a km0, del pane con cui abbiamo fatto delle buonissime bruschette, e altri essenziali per la colazione; l’ultimo giorno prima di salutarci ci ha fatto trovare dei buonissimi cornetti ischitani con cui abbiamo fatto colazione per l’ultima volta vista castello aragonese; è stato particolarmente disponibile e reattivo nel fornirci indicazioni circa l’alloggio e informazioni di vario genere consigliandoci egli stesso luoghi da visitare e vari eventi nella zona; Non mi sono mai sentita così accolta come nel suo alloggio

Appartement spacieux, d’une propreté irréprochable, avec une vue à couper le souffle sur la mer, encore plus magique au coucher du soleil. La literie est très confortable, l’espace de rangement généreux et le quartier très calme. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la communication facile et rapide avec Viviana, toujours disponible et bienveillante, qui nous a grandement aidés lors d'un imprévu. À quelques pas, on trouve un arrêt de bus, des petites épiceries parfaites pour les petits-déjeuners ou les pique-niques, ainsi que deux bons restaurants. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour et recommandons ce logement les yeux fermés !

alloggio molto comodo per eventuali attività presso università Federico II. Ciro (l'host), estremamente disponibile e cordiale. tutto davvero molto pulito

La signora Rosanna è stata un ottimo host, ci ha fornito indicazioni, ci accolto in casa all'arrivo, è stata amichevole e sempre disponibile in caso di necessità. Apprezzate le aree esterne, in special modo la cucina esterna oltre che la doccia esterna. Consigliamo la signora Rosanna come host e soprattutto la permanenza in questo alloggio.

The only way in or out is via 140+ very steep steps, depending on which route you take, just so you know! Well worth it though. A simple apartment but has everything you need with beautiful views. We particularly enjoyed Blu bar and Gorgonia restaurant. Wonderful to visit around Easter as has a traditional parade on Good Friday. Were able to leave our bags (by previous arrangement) until later in the day for our ferry- thank you!

Nonostante le foto pubblicate sull'annuncio siano molto esaustive, all'arrivo la location lascia davvero senza parole, un vero paradiso. La terrazza con esposizione a 360 gradi è mozzafiato e il giardino è altrettanto panoramico e ricco di agrumi. Interni adeguati in ambiente rustico. Cucina vintage ma attrezzata di tutto. Host super accogliente e disponibilissimo. Consigliatissimo!

Giovanna è stata un host squisita. Estremamente disponibile ed attenta. Appena arrivati ci ha accolti venendoci a prendere al porto e ci ha dato tantissime dritte per vedere i posti più tipici e carini di Ischia. La casa è munita di ogni confort, pulitissima. Situata in una zona tranquilla e molto silenziosa grazie anche al bel giardino che circonda la casa. Siamo stati davvero bene, un saluto da Me e l amico : )

Such a beautiful area and accessible to the main city area by 1 bus only. Rignt next to a lovely beach and such a peaceful and quiet area. Definitely recommend staying here instead of Naples.

Pour les voyageurs qui ne disposent pas de voiture, il faut prévoir environ 8-10 minutes à pied pour rejoindre la gare de Dazio, qui vous emmène en une trentaine de minutes dans le centre de Naples (un train toutes les 30 minutes). Les deux gares de Bagno sont un peu plus loin mais mieux desservies (notamment une ligne directe pour aller à Pompéi).

We had a wonderful stay at Monica's place! Monica welcomed us warmly and gave us lots of tips and help with our stay. Her husband even brought us local pastries in the morning. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the house, the large patio with a wonderful view of the sea, and the fantastic restaurant just 3 minutes away. From this location, it was easy to explore the island by bus, motorbike, or rental car. We really enjoyed our stay and our interactions with Monica and her family.

Natalia’s place was very well appointed - washer dryer and every thing worked well and ac in every room and spacious. We had trouble getting and there was some construction around but her place is very very quiet - the patio area is very nice too. Having a parking spot was lovely and just half a block to the main restaurants and shops. Excellent place near the fancy Relais hotel and quick routes all around the island.

Very nice lady and host and very accommodating and welcoming. Extremely responsive and helpful when booking. Really nice genuine person and lovely apartment!

L’appartement de Cincenzo est très bien situé: proche de la plage, balcon avec vue sur mer. Il est impeccablement propre et parfaitement équipé. De petites attentions nous y attendaient: petit déjeuner, bouteilles de vin pétillant. Et notre hôte, Vincenzo, est parfait: réactif, sympathique, attentif. N’hésitez pas à réserver un repas dans son restaurant: cuisine merveilleuse et cadre idyllique. À recommander sans aucun doute.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our two weeks at Mario’s apartment. The apartment is beautiful and served as the perfect home base during our stay in Ischia. While the Amalfi Coast is the beach-lovers’ dream vacation spot, many towns along it are crowded with tourists. Ischia, on the other hand, was a peaceful haven for us to return to after a day trip to Capri or Napoli, and is a hidden gem with lots to do. Mario’s apartment was the cherry on top of our trip and was within walking distance of everything we needed (buses, ferries, cafes, grocery stores, etc). We highly recommend this spot!

Nous étions 5 avec 3 jeunes enfants et avons passé 4 nuits chez Stefano. Nous avons été accueillis par la maman de Stefano qui ne parle pas anglais mais nous avons tous a fait réussi à nous comprendre. La maison correspond à tout ce que nous souhaitions : bien située dans une petite ruelle en retrait de la rue, à 5 min du centre, des arrêts de bus et 2 min d’un petit supermarché, dotée d’un toit terrasse avec table et transats, la maison est parfaitement fonctionnelle et équipée de tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Très propre, spacieuse, lits confortables, belle salle de bain, nombreux rangements, jeux de plage pour les enfants. Le petit plus : les voisins ont des animaux (perroquets et tortues) que l’on voit depuis le balcon et qui ont ravis nos enfants. La communication avec Stefano à distance lors de notre arrivée et départ a été fluide et réactive. C’est un coup de coeur et nous recommandons les yeux fermés cette belle maison. Merci Stefano !

Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento per 11 notti e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La casa è spaziosa, accogliente e comoda, dotata di tutto il necessario per rendere piacevole anche una permanenza prolungata. L’atmosfera è calda e familiare, tanto che è stato quasi triste doverla lasciare. La posizione è ideale, situata nel cuore di Monte di Procida, e il signor Giuseppe è una persona estremamente cordiale e attenta alle esigenze degli ospiti. Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento a chi cerca comfort, tranquillità e un tocco di ospitalità genuina.
