Our group had an amazing weekend at this place. The place was very clean and had all the essentials. The host, Storme, is incredibly responsive and kind. Despite the weather being so hot, it was definitely worth it to pay the small fee for the pool to be heated. The place is very secluded in the sense that we never heard noise from neighbors or our surroundings. Better yet, we were such a short walk to the beach and had quick uber drives to the hot spots at night. We were absolutely thrilled with this Airbnb. I highly recommend.

My friends and I had the best week staying at MJ’s house! Photos and description matched exactly as in person! I would recommend 10/10 would stay again!

A beautiful south beach spot. Walkable and nice location. The place was very comfortable and decorated well. Laguna was wonderful - communication was spot on, very helpful.

This house was beautiful and clean. It was extremely comfortable. The backyard is completely private and the pool was clean and a great size. The landscaping in the backyard really added to the enjoyment as well. The house has everything you would need. It’s in a quiet peaceful neighborhood with a beautiful trail right there, and the beach is walking distance. I would definitely recommend it and would stay there again!

I stayed at Jeff's place with 4 of my cousins, so 5 girls in the house. We were anticipating a trip just to hang out at a beach for a couple of days and this was a great place to do that. It was a great stay, we were close to the beach. Jeff had beach chairs ready for us and a wagon to pull them to the beach. It was like a half a block walk to the boardwalk and beach. We spent a lot of time walking the boardwalk, checking out the shops and eateries and enjoyed the beautiful sandy beach. Their is a nice bottom deck and top deck which we enjoyed coffee out there in the morning and playing cards later at night. We would definitely come back here or recommend this place. Jeff was very easy to reach out to and responded to texts very well. He even called us the morning we were checking out to make sure everything was OK. NOTE: There are towels in the bathrooms, but no wash cloths and no dish cloths (there is a sponge) and no dish towel. So next time I would pack each of those.

We cannot wait to return to south beach. Everyone had a blast and the rooftop patio is the sweetest thing in the world. Loved how close to the beach it was. We will definitely choose one of frosts locations again. Thank you for allowing us to use your beautiful condo. We’ll be back for sure!!!!!!

Our family of 4 (2, 7yr old kids) and my parents stayed for a week. Location is amazing, walk right onto the beach, open the doors of the balcony onto the beach. They have boogie boards, beach chairs, beach umbrellas and kids sand toys, and even beach towels to use. City cleans the beach daily and the neighborhood is quiet, clean, and so peaceful. Lots of space for all of us to stretch out and not be on top of each other but still so close together. Kitchen and living room are huge! Had games for kids. Outdoor dining on deck and patio are amazing. Sitting in the rocking chairs and watching the waves was incredible. Hot tub is secluded but also feels part of the ocean, it was very clean and worked great. Grill worked amazing and we used it a lot. Rocky gave us great welcome packet with local restaurants, things to do with the kids, and clear check in and check out process. Rocky was incredibly accommodating in early check in and later check out. A vaca we will never forget!

Evgeniy's place was a great spot to spend a few days in Hollywood beach. The pool and the back deck offered a great gathering space to hangout while getting some relief from the Florida sun. The house was clean and Evgeniy was very responsive with the few questions I did have.

Had a great stay. The unit was well equipped and the location was everything. Def will stay here again next time I’m in Miami!

Me and the fellas had a great time staying here! Hosts were friendly and explained things well. A lot of check out and cleaning instructions but other than that everything was fine. Next time in Ft. Lauderdale we definitely will book again

Unbeatable location to the beach. Apartment has 2 chairs and 2 towels available as well which was really nice to have. Pool area is very nice and well maintained. The building itself inside is a little run down like other reviews have mentioned, but the room itself is nice.

Fantastic location (walkable to the beach and coffee shops/restaurants) and the house itself was perfect for our trip. The pool was such an added bonus (especially for our toddler), and we loved walking the state park. Loved our stay!

Had a lovely stay at Suzi's! She really is as accommodating as other reviews have noted. The apartment was spotless and equipped with all of the basics. We felt like we had everything we needed to be comfortable. Despite this being in South Beach, the location was private and peaceful, yet close enough to everything where you could choose whether you wanted to be in the mix or not. The building has easy and quick access to the beach, and the complimentary chairs and umbrella were such a bonus! There are plenty of restaurants and things to do nearby where a vehicle is not necessary, but we rented a car and parked it in the garage at 7th & Collins so we could easily explore other parts of Miami at our leisure. We walked the path in the morning and utilized the Citi bikes in the evening when it was lit up, which was really relaxing. Suzi graciously let us have a late checkout because there were no other guests, and it was really appreciated. Would definitely stay here again!

The property is very well designed with private spaces for each unit as well as shared space for all units to use. The pool is fantastic with unobstructed views of the waterway that the back of the property borders. Unit 4 was quite spacious, clean, had all the advertised amenities, and a very comfortable bed. The bonus of this unit is that it is the only one that has a waterfront deck with lounge chairs and a cabana. We had a few minor hiccups with the entry code upon arrival and the Internet going down briefly during our stay. The host was very responsive and issues resolved quickly. The only comment I would share to inform future renters is that there was really nowhere to unpack our things as the closet is fairly full so we lived out of suitcases on the floor. Be prepared for that if you have an extended stay. This was very minor for us and I would 100% recommend this place and look forward to another stay in my future!

Fabulous and seamless stay! Everything was as described and beautiful! Views were wonderful, space very adequate for our family. Communication with host was very friendly and so responsive that it made our stay that much more enjoyable! Highly recommend!

Great stay, beautiful beaches, great amenities. Geeta was a great host and everything was as expected - clean, accurate pictures, plenty of space and we had no issues.

This house is adorable. The little veranda where you can have your morning coffee is really private. The outdoor shower was really cute and it’s literally steps from Hollywood Beach. He had chairs available for us to use. The kitchen was really well stocked beds were clean and bathroom was clean. It was very nice. We’ll definitely stay here again

We stayed here for a girls weekend and couldn’t have asked for a better place! The location was absolutely perfect, right across from the beach and close to restaurants and shops. Devin was great with communicating and the house looks just as described - even better than expected! There was a lot of space and had everything we needed. Would definitely come back here!

We had an incredible stay at Lucia's apartment. The place was spacious, as described, and we loved the access to an outdoor space with table for gathering. The surrounding area is very walkable and has great food options, even within the apartment complex itself. There's easy beach access within a short walk through the lovely grounds. Lucia was very responsive and helpful. We had one small issue come up and she immediately helped us handle it, so that it didn't affect our stay at all. We really hope to come back here again!

The location was perfect and the unit had everything we needed for a great stay. Gorgeous views and walking distance to shopping and restaurants and the music festival. When I first requested the booking, it was for a 2 bedroom, but the host let me know that there was only a 1 bedroom available. Knowing that the location was exactly where I needed to be, I was okay with taking the 1 bedroom. The front desk did need me to provide the host's last name and phone number so I would recommend requesting that information before you arrive. Fortunately, Hanna was available to call the front desk and confirm my reservation. Overall, check-in took a little longer than expected, but they were very pleasant. Great place to stay and very friendly host. would definitely stay here again!
