Veramente ottima esperienza, Giordano è stato sempre super disponibile ed è stato flessibile anche con gli orari di check out. La casa era perfetta, molto bella e pulita.

Tolle Lage der Wohnung mitten in der Stadt. Alles fussläufig erreichbar. Einfache Kommunikation und wertvolle Tipps jeglicher Art. Auch dass die Kommunikation so entspannt möglich ist, fanden wir super! Tolle Appartements und super Service! Danke dafür!

La casa immersa tra gli ulivi crea un’atmosfera di relax nel silenzio assoluto il tutto contornato da una vista davvero meritevole. L’appartamento è ben fornito di tutto il necessario per il soggiorno (stoviglie, asciugamani…). Bruno è stato un host molto gentile e sempre pronto ad aiutarci! I posti da lui consigliati ci hanno lasciato piacevolmente soddisfatti.

This was a week over Christmas holiday, spent visiting friends in Ascoli. The apartment was very spacious and the location near the old town centre was very useful. Only five minutes walk.

Very beautiful place, spacious, great for family, great location, restaurants and shopping all within walking distance, Paolo the host was helpful, and very responsive. I would definitely stay there again.

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment in the heart of Pescara! The location is incredibly convenient—right in the city center, with easy access to public transportation and just a short walk to several supermarkets, cafés, and shops. The apartment itself was spotless and very well maintained. Everything was clean, tidy, and thoughtfully arranged, which made it feel very welcoming and comfortable. One of the highlights was definitely the balcony—such a peaceful spot to enjoy a coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening, with an absolutely stunning view of the snowy mountains in the distance. It felt like the perfect blend of city and nature. Highly recommend this place if you're visiting Pescara. I'd definitely stay here again!

Die Absprache war sehr leicht, Vittorio hat alles gegeben, damit wir auf unserer Reise alles haben, was wir brauchen. Er ist sehr lieb und wahnsinnig hilfsbereit. Man hatte zu dritt sehr viel Platz in dem Appartement und es war sehr schön eingerichtet. Vor allem die private Terrasse ist riesig und wirklich hübsch! Vittorio ist ein toller Gastgeber und ich würde jederzeit wieder kommen!

We had a brief stay at Piera and Nico's beautiful beach house, and we wish it had been longer! The home itself was lovely, clean, had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and cozy. It was a very private location, very large yard and patio space, and exceptional views of the sea. We accessed the "secret" tunnel many times to get to the beach, and it was a favorite with my little boys. We cooked many meals in the kitchen, and used the charcoal grill. Both Piera and Nico were very responsive if we had any questions or if anything came up. Great hosts! The surrounding villages were full of character, and were less than 45 minute drive. Some were even as close as 15 to 20 minutes away. So much local charm, beautiful vistas, delicious cappuccinos, and incredible history. We never swam in the ocean, because it was too cold, but we did hang out at the beach. A lot of places were closed down by the beach, but others were open in town. Highly recommend this place!

La casa è molto bella, caratteristica e spaziosa. Il giardino con bbq è godibile e la casa ha davvero TUTTO quello di cui si può avere bisogno. Noi eravamo 2 famiglie e abbiamo sempre fatto almeno 1 pasto al giorno in casa e abbiamo avuto tutto il necessario. Lavatrice e asciugatrice presenti. Noi siamo andati nella settimana di Pasqua, il paesinio era disabitato, ma la casa si trova nel parco della majella e già da lì partono molti sentieri. Inoltre la posizione non è male perché è a metà strada tra la zona dell'aquila e quella di Pescara. Chiaramente bisogna spostarsi in macchina, ma si raggiungono facilmente davvero tanti posti meravigliosi. Il supermercato più vicino è a circa 15 min, il ristorante a 10. È stata la vacanza che volevamo, per noi è stato bellissimo!

Ho scelto questo appartamentino per far soggiornare i miei genitori e con le mie zie e si sono trovati davvero bene! Gli spazi sono ben organizzati e arredati con gusto, creando un’atmosfera accogliente e rilassante. La posizione è comoda. Pulizia impeccabile e dotato di tutto il necessario. Francesca è stata molto disponibile! Grazie Consigliatissimo!

We had a great stay at Robert and Joanna's guest house. We were warmly welcomed and immediately felt at home. They even provided some treats from their own garden. The accommodation is exactly as advertised and the view is possibly even better. We enjoyed the serenity and the beautiful scenery. Perfect to discover Monti Sibillini and go for a hike. You will also find several cosy villages nearby, like Penna San Giovanni and Sarnano. We would definitely come again!

Casa molto accogliente provvista di tutto ció che serve e anche più! Posto auto riservato davanti all'ingresso. Un bel affaccio dai terrazzini della sala e camera matrimoniale. A piedi si arriva in due minuti alla via principale dove si trova il supermercato, bar, ristoranti etc. Il centro storico é bellissimo di giorno, suggestivo in notturna. Si arriva in poco negli altri bei borghi limitrofi (Calscio, Ofena etc) ma anche in montagna (Campo imperatore). Siamo stati molto bene, la signora molto disponibile risponde subito ai messaggi

Location perfetta, veramente vicina al centro storico di Sulmona. Pierluigi è stato un ottimo host, gentile e disponibile per ogni necessità. Tappa obbligatoria se si passa da Sulmona.

Our stay at Ellen and Gustav’s place will forever stay in our hearts. It was a transformative vacation, so much so that we now dream of creating something similar ourselves, someday, somewhere. The atmosphere, the energy, the style, the history, and the love that have been poured into this place are perfectly blended, making everything feel natural and special. Of course, there are small things that could be improved, but they are nothing compared to the immense sense of peace and well-being that the house and its surroundings provide. Every corner, every piece of furniture, every view, the silence, the beauty of the night atmosphere, everything spoke to us deeply. A heartfelt thank you also to Bice, the co-host, who welcomed us warmly and was always available and kind. We truly carry this place in our hearts and minds. It has helped us realize what we truly love and want. We are sincerely grateful to everyone who contributed their time 🫶

Nous avons passé sept semaines dans la maison loft de Franco. Tout était parfait ! L’endroit est extrêmement calme et la vue est à couper le souffle. Franco est un hôte discret mais extrêmement disponible et réactif. La communication a été excellente avant notre arrivée et durant tout le séjour. Montesilvano Colle est un très joli village et c’est le point de départ de nombreuses balades plus merveilleuses les unes que les autres. Une chose est sûre : s’il nous est possible de revenir dans ce logement, nous n’hésiterons pas une seconde !

Très bonnes prestations. L’appartement est parfait. La piscine dans un cadre très agréable. Les hôtes très accueillants, disponibles et attentionnés . Nous recommandons cette location.

Antonio e Simona sono host fantastici! Premurosi e attenti ci hanno fatto sentire a casa. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato bevande fresche nel frigo, una casa davvero bella, completa di ogni confort e dagli spazi ampi e pulitissimi. Letti molto comodi, scelta di cuscini tra differenti tipologie, detersivi per l’igiene personale e della casa. Bellissimo il terrazzo che gira intorno alla struttura e garantisce una casa fresca anche senza l’utilizzo del condizionatore, comunque presente e funzionante nell’alloggio. La comodità del posto auto sul lungomare e l’attrezzatura da spiaggia che gli host mettono a disposizione, rappresentano un ulteriore graditissimo plus. Una menzione d’onore va alla disponibilità, alla gentilezza, all’accoglienza di Antonio, Simona e delle loro splendide figlie: abbiamo passato due settimane nella loro casa e siamo stati trattati come amici di vecchia data, non come ospiti. Li porteremo sempre nel cuore. Consigliamo davvero la loro casa. Noi torneremo di certo

Wij hebben een fijne tijd gehad in het appartement van Adriano, een warme ontvangst bij het hek. Een map met allerlei informatie lag al klaar. Iedere vraag werd altijd snel beantwoord en ik voelde mij echt op mijn plek. Dankzij Adriano en zijn vrouw hebben wij de processie van Goede Vrijdag kunnen meemaken in Chieti, een echte aanrader. De tip om vis te gaan eten bij restaurant Franco was ook zeer welkom, we hebben heerlijk gegeten. Het zitje voor de deur is een zalige plek om te ontbijten of gewoon even bij te komen van een lange wandeling.

Clean and functional place, fully equipped, in an excellent location to walk to the beach, restaurants and stores. Hosts are very well organized and responsive. Really good mattresses. Recommended!

Roberto e Sandra sono stati impeccabili in tutto! Io e mio nipote ci siam sentiti come a casa, persone solari empatiche e super disponibili , che dire, davvero straordinari! Lo consiglio vivamente, posto molto bello, casa pulitissima e provvista di tutti i confort! Ci hanno consigliato posti da visitare, locali e ristoranti molto buoni della zona! Tutto perfetto e ritorneremo sicuramente altre volte! A presto, un abbraccio fortissimo ad entrambi! Grazie di cuore!!!

Wir hatten einen rundum tollen Aufenthalt in Paolas Wohnung. Die Lage ist überragend - man braucht gerade mal 5 Minuten an den Strand. Die Wohnung selbst ist genau wie auf den Bildern. Man hat alles was man braucht und die Kommunikation mit Paola ist super. Da die Durchgangsstraße nahe der Wohnung liegt, ist es auf der Terrasse etwas laut manchmal. Aber das hat uns nicht gestört, da abends wenig Verkehr ist und man so nah am Strand ist, dass man sich die meiste Zeit dort aufhält. Für unseren Hund war die Wohnung auch ganz toll, da beide Gärten eingezäunt sind. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen!

Another amazing stay in Claudia’s place. Clean and tidy, super close to the beach! Claudia was really helpful with some restaurant recommendations as well which were absolutely lovely, and getting to meet her in person was an added bonus!
