We stayed here for 8 nights. It’s in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Convenient location for driving anywhere around the Tampa Bay Area. Includes parking. Comfortable interior with nice furniture and kitchen. In-unit washer/dryer is a huge plus. Lety was a great host. I would stay here again for sure.

Convenient walk to Las Olas, grocery stores, and water taxi to the other beaches. Very flexible. Great stay. Thanks again.

Amanda and Steven's home offered a nice respite during my vacation. If you are looking for state-of-the-art, keep looking. If you are looking for a place that is comfortable and cozy and feels like it's giving you a hug, this is the place! Charming space above a garage, the space is clean, roomy, and perfect for a week (or longer!). They left brochures giving tons of recommendations. My trip kept me busy from morning to night, so I was sad I was unable to meet my hosts and their pets. I would absolutely stay here again when I visit in the future.

Very nice condo. Natural light and view was perfect - did not need to use lights during daytime. Quiet neighborhood, secure building. Easy to walk anywhere in South Beach (if you are a walker). We did not drive at all while there. Extra supplies available such as soap and paper towels, which was helpful. Thank you, it was a very relaxing stay!

This is such a great space. What a fun rental. We loved it so much that we booked again for next year. Catalina was super helpful and made check in/checkout a breeze. A+++++++ property. The location is phenomenal!

This was a nice Airbnb, perfectly sized for 2 people. We didn't stay in Miami for too long, but were really impressed with the unit and how it was laid out. It didn't feel too small and there was everything we needed such as, cups, plates bowls, washer/dryer, beach towels, etc. I would recommend to stay here again. One thing to note is that this is in a residential area of Brickell, so it's advised to have a car to get to main areas if you're visiting touristy places.

I was very happy with my stay. The neighborhood is exactly the location I wanted, the apartment was charming and comfortable and it was very authentic (I used to live in this neighborhood and it is just like places I lived) — very nostalgic for the real Miami vibe. The price was great for the space and I will definitely stay here again!

The apartment was great--centrally located and easily walkable into Brickell and various areas around downtown. The building staff and valet were also helpful in answering questions. Stephanie was fantastic to rent from! She was proactive with instructions and quick to answer any questions I had. Would love to rent from her again!

The loft was clean and modern and had all of the amenities anyone would need. The location was convenient to stores and restaurants in Jay. Upon arrival, we had a small issue getting in the door, because the battery on the keypad was going out. Shon immediately sent someone to take care of the problem within minutes. If we ever need to stay in Jay again, this location would be our first choice.

Wow! This place is fantastic on all levels! Beautiful, spacious, tastefully decorated, clean & oh so comfy — everything we could hope for & more. Tucked into a tree lined historic neighborhood near shops, restaurants, parks & the river. Great hosts who communicate well, are quick to respond & anticipate our every need. Well, the stay was absolutely perfect in all aspects. The place is in a lovely neighborhood, and you can easily walk to the town center of the wonderful St. Augustine. The space is spacious—much bigger than you would guess from the photos—yet cozy. Clean and well equipped. Strongly recommended.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our trip to Miami started off as a nightmare when our original Airbnb was completely unlivable. Desperate for a solution, I reached out to Karl, and he was an absolute lifesaver! He responded immediately and had us checked in within no time. The process was incredibly smooth, and he went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Karl personally greeted us and gave us a tour of his space, which was clean, well-kept, and exactly what we needed to turn our trip around. The place was wonderful—great location, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We are beyond grateful for his hospitality and quick response.
