Renta de alojamientos vacacionales con área para fogatas en Florencia

Wir waren im April drei Nächte in diesem Apartment und es entsprach genau den Bildern. Die Unterkunft ist großzügig, modern ausgestattet und das Bett sehr bequem. Besonders positiv: Die gute Anbindung mit dem Bus ins Stadtzentrum sowie die kostenlosen Parkplätze direkt an der Unterkunft. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war die schwache Belüftung – trotz Klimaanlage war es recht feucht im Raum, sodass Kleidung morgens leicht klamm war. In der Dusche fehlten Ablagen für Duschgel und Handtuchhalter. Trotz dieser Kleinigkeiten war es ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hat schnell reagiert. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft empfehlen.

Het huis is geweldig, rustig gelegen, op ideale afstand voor het ontdekken van het mooie Toscane, tip : San Gimignano is top!! Chianti route is zalig!! Firenze veel te druk... Angela is super, hartelijk ontvangen, geeft tips voor restaurants in de buurt en altijd bereikbaar, top gastvrouw!!

Nice little place with a super nice view. We had an amazing time there. It is a bit remote, but therefore you can enjoy the nature and silence. Everything was super clean and the hosts are super considerate (we even got some wine and water as a welcome gift). Would definitely come back anytime!

Easily one of my favorite places in Italy! It is a traditional and very beautiful vila! Lovely surrondings, clean house, lots of room for everybody! The vila had everything you would need to feel like home! We had the best time staying in Antonio`s place and I would highly recommend it!

Super nice hosts, excellent place, located fairly close to bus and train station, free protected parking space. Excellent value. Fully recommend.

We had a great time, and definitely recommend this appartment. Veronica and her family were extremely nice and helpful. They greeted us with a bottle of wonderful local wine. They have a lovely dog! This was definitely the best place we stayed in the last few years. The house is on top of a hill, with amazing views of the peaceful surrounding Tuscan countryside. The appartment is clean and well-equipped, very quiet. We would love to be back one day.

We had the most amazing stay at Francesco and Sere’s! The view was even better than the photos. We stayed as a group of 7 adults and a 7 month old baby and there was plenty of space. Francesco met us in Rufina and we followed him in our cars to the castle. The drive up to the castle is narrow and the last part is a gravel road but we got used to it quickly and it was worth it for the views. Nearby Rufina had some great restaurants and a grocery store with everything we needed. Francesco arranged for a chef to come to the castle for a cooking class and also arranged a full day wine tour with pick up and drop off at the Airbnb which were highlights of the trip! The jacuzzi was lovely and the garden area was perfect. The pool wasn’t open yet as it was early April when we travelled but the pool area looked very nice also. Francesco and Sere were very responsive to any questions we had. Overall we had an amazing stay and would highly recommend!

My family and I recently returned from our stay at Piero beautiful villa, and I wanted to take a moment to express our heartfelt gratitute. Good stay in a clean, well-equipped apartment located in a quiet residential area. The host was welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. Just a small note: it can get a bit loud at night if the shutters aren’t closed, so be sure to shut them for a good night’s sleep!

Alessandro’s place was the best airbnb I’ve stayed at :) It was in a beautiful area (about a half hour on public transport from the train station), was absolutely spotless, and had great amenities. Alessandro is also a great host :)

Giovanni’s place on the wine yard is amazing! Beautiful surroundings in a quiet area, however close to local shops and restaurants and easy access by train to Firenze. The are 5 very cute donkeys on the ground that you can visit and the outdoor space towards to south gave us an opportunity to eat lunch outside every day despite being late December. The walls and ceilings are quite thin in this house so you can hear the neighbours walking and moving chairs etc. It didn’t bother us that much but might be good to know. We had a small problem with the bathroom during our stay (an odd smell from the shower sewer) but Giovanni took the problem seriously did his best to fix it. As a final solution he set us up in another vacant apartment in the same building, so all ended well! (An update to that particular bathroom could be recommended.) All in all a great place so stay!

We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad. Het uitzicht was echt prachtig en Chiara was zeer vriendelijk, behulpzaam en gastvrij. De kinderen konden heerlijk spelen in de mooie ruime tuin.

comfortable and spacious apartment in a quiet yet convenient and beautiful neighborhood of oltrarno. My family stayed here for a week and found it to be the perfect location for our second time in Florence. Walkable to restaurants, cafes, grocery, enotecas, and markets. The outdoor patio, kitchen, and living room were great for us and our baby.

Giulietta und ihre Familie haben uns sehr zuvorkommend behandelt und uns herzlich aufgenommen. Wir sind leider sehr verspätet angekommen, unter Umständen die wir nicht beeinflussen konnten. Giuliettas Mann hat extra spät in der Nacht auf uns gewartet. Alles weitere konnten wir am nächsten Tag klären. Alle unsere Fragen wurden geklärt und leider fehlte das warme Wasser, was aber umgehend behoben wurde. Leider konnten wir nur zwei Nächte in dieser Unterkunft verbringen, da wir auf der Durchreise bei Freunden in der Umgebung zu Besuch waren. Wir können die Unterkunft empfehlen und würden wieder buchen. Man muss einfach wissen, dass die Strassen zum Haus recht abenteuerlich sind. Aber man gewöhnt sich daran. :-) Vielen Dank für all das Verständnis und Entgegenkommen!

Der Check-In war sehr entspannt und spontan. Super zu erreichen und ein echt sympathischer Kerl. Wir waren mit unseren Motorrädern da und Ricardo hat sich super darum gekümmert das alles in Sicherheit steht und sogar Werkzeug bei einer kleinen Panne vorbei gebracht. Das Haus an sich war rustikal aber sehr passend eingerichtet. Es war alles vorhanden von Töpfen und Pfannen bis hin zu Bettwäsche und Handtüchern. Es ist und bleibt ein kleines, rustikales Häuschen in der Toskana. Was will man mehr. Unsere Truppe würde jederzeit wieder kommen. Danke für den netten Aufenthalt!

La tana del porcospino è immersa nel verde, cercavamo pace e tranquillità ed è stato così. Purtroppo non ci siamo potuti godere il portico perché la giornata era grigia ma sono convinta che nel periodo estivo sia un piccolo paradiso con la piscina, il barbecue e tutto il verde circostante. Abbiamo trovato la casa pulita e provvista di tutto perfino la padella per le castagne, il bagno spazioso e con un antibagno utilissimo per le valigie. Arrivarci è facile e Massimo è stato gentilissimo e molto disponibile, davvero una persona squisita. Un soggiorno da consigliare.

Situation géographie parfaite pour visiter cette belle Toscane qui est devenue un peu la nôtre, Arezzo, Lamole, Montelpuciano, Cortone, Gaiole in Chianti, Siena, Greve in Chianti, Castagnoli….. God is in the details. Il Grande Prato is a wonderful place that offers you al the comfort you wish : a huge domain with several nice spots to sit, chill and enjoy the great views. The garden, the cottages, the pool, everything is well done with an eye for the details. Giulia and her people are very friendly and helpful and make you feel at ease the whole time. Also the dinners we've enjoyed in this unique setting were fantastic.
