My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families. Our bedrooms offer a create a king to accommodate guests who prefer a king bed and guests who prefer twin beds. The guestroom room has a separate entrance located off a covered, back porch with a small table and chairs for summer use. There is adjustable heat and cool air from the wall mounted air-source, heat pump. The little kitchen alcove is convenient for coffee or tea or a light meal (toaster oven, single induction “hot” plate, water heater) We live in a historic building. Our neighborhood is very close to Rte 100. Waterbury village and Stowe are nearby too with skiing, hiking and biking.

Only a 3 min. drive to all of the activities at Smuggler's Notch Resort, restaurants, bars, and hiking, as well as the magical Golden Dog Farm "Golden Retriever Experience".

The kitchenette has a two-burner stove-top, small fridge with freezer, sink, microwave, Keurig and small appliances. The grill outside is adjacent to a small patio. We're right on the Lamoille Rail Trail, 2 miles to the Long Trail, 4 miles to Johnson, 8 miles to Smugglers' Notch. Close to great skiing, snowmobiling, hiking, biking and canoeing!
