Our furnished holiday flat covers about 35 sq.m. and is located in a beautiful district very close to the beach. The flat covers a livingroom with a king-size bed and a wardrobe, a fully equipped kitchen, a shower bath, a washing mashine, corridor and a patio. The surrounding is notably quiet and the flat`s windows offer a beautiful view into the garden. The flat is handicapped accessible and has got ist own entrance. Pets only after agreement. Smoking is strictly forbidden but you are welcome to smoke on the patio. The flat can be booked up to max. 2 persons. The beach can be reached within a few minutes. Here you will find a bathing beach, several playgrounds a kiosk, a rowing club and an area for dogs. Besides that you will find opportunities to scuba dive and snorkel. A forrest nearby invites for long walks. Flensburg`s town centre and the harbour, the historic district, pubs and restaurants and other sights are nearby. Bedlinen and towels inclusive. Meine Unterkunft ist direkt am Strand gelegen mit Blick auf Dänemark. Die Wohnung ist in 2017 neu renoviert worden. Tolle Busverbindungen bringen einen innerhalb von 10 Min. ins Zentrum von Flensburg. Dänemark ist innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuß, mit dem Fahrrad oder auch mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Einkaufsgelegenheiten gibt es in unmittelbare Nähe. Minigolf direkt vor der Haustür. Gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Parkplatz direkt kostenlos vor Ort. Unmittelbare Strandnähe.

Ferienwohnung "Lille"

Genieße unsere Ferienwohnung "Lille" im schönen Norden Deutschlands, einen Steinwurf von Dänemark entfernt. Die Wohnung wurde im März 2024 fertig gestellt. Auf ca. 30 qm kann man hier hyggelig und gemütlich Urlaub machen und einfach mal die Seele baumeln lassen. Der schöne Garten lädt zum Entspannen ein. Die gerade mal 1000 Meter bis zum nächsten Strand machen es leicht, einen schnellen Sprung ins kühle Nass zu genießen.

Kleiner Speicher - Erlebniswohnen

Die stylische Wohnung ist ein Neubau und liegt in einem alten Innenhof. Bei Bedarf kann ein Parkplatz angemietet werden. In wenigen Minuten hat man zu Fuß den Flensburger Hafen erreicht, vorbei am Nordertor, dem Flensburger Wahrzeichen, und kann am Wasser bis zur Hafenspitze schlendern, entlang Restaurants, Bars und dem Schifffahrtsmuseum.

Die schöne Dachgeschosswohnung in einer alten Jugendstilhaus besticht durch ihre freundliche, loftartige Atmosphäre. Die großen Fenster zur Terrasse (Süden) lassen viel Sonne in die Wohnung. Die Wohnung wurde von uns frisch renoviert und ist hochwertig ausgestattet.
