Situated on a private beach estate, it is perfect for a seaside break. The private beach and prom is a 4 minute walk, Morrison extra and Tesco express a short distance on foot, close by are cafes, golf courses and our charming flint walled village. Nearby is the sailing club, Goodwood, Chichester, Brighton and renowned Bailiffscourt Spa Hotel.

Sealight Beach House is a 4-bedroom house located in a peaceful private beach estate in West Sussex, approx. 1h30min from London. It has wonderful sea views and direct access to Elmer Sands beach. A 700 sq. ft South facing open plan living and its unique upside down layout allows the most sociable spaces to enjoy panoramic sea views. There are two private gardens separated by a small footpath. The house garden has a hot tub and the 2nd garden has direct access to the coastal path and the beach

The Cottage is a detached dwelling within the grounds of Hoe Farm Cottage. It is accessed via a private farm track at the end of a quiet lane within the unspoilt Hamlet of Flansham. Felpham, Climping, Elmer and Middleton on Sea beaches are close by. Perfect for families or romantic getaways. Both Chichester and Arundel are a 15 min drive from the cottage. Just north of Chichester is Goodwood, Motor Circuit and Racecourse famous for the annual Festival of Speed, Revival and Gold Cup events.

Located in Elmer, a sleepy village 200m from a lovely, never-crowded dog-friendly beach via its own footpath. The rock islands are a unique feature creating sheltered swimming bays & are great to fish from or swim around. Secure south-facing garden, private parking for 2 cars. Sleeps up to 6 people. 2 dogs welcome. A great base to explore Littlehampton & Brighton to the East... Bognor Regis, Chichester, Portsmouth to the West and close-by Arundel and the South Downs. Finders Nook - Home From Home

Close to Chichester, Goodwood, Fontwell, Bognor, Arundel and Littlehampton Finders Nook, is located in a new development in Eastergate village and is in close proximity to major venues and sites for the arts, entertainment, sport and historical interest. The beaches at Pagham, Selsey, Felpham and Middleton, are a short drive away, whilst slightly further west you will find the popular West and East Wittering beaches. In addition, there are numerous country walks and cycling trails close by.

Oakwood Lodge

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Oakwood Lodge is a converted barn on a working farm. It is set on the edge of wheat fields and nestled in amongst a woodland area. I do allow dogs, they are most welcome. The outside space is secure for them to roam freely. There’s no grass, only gravel out the front and Woodchip bark out the back. The back has been left as natural as possible. There’s some nettles and brambles to be aware of, I do trim them back so they shouldn’t be an issue.

Flint Cottage – 3 mins to beach

🌊 Flint Cottage is just 3 minutes from the award-winning beach. 🛏 Two bedrooms: the master has a double bed, ensuite shower and desk; the second has a bunk bed with double below, single above, plus a desk. 🌙 Both bedrooms and the lounge have blackout curtains, helping everyone get a restful night’s sleep. 🛋️ The lounge has two sofas (one a sofa bed), a 48″ OLED TV with Google TV, PlayStation and games. 🌸 A private courtyard is filled with plants and features a handmade mosaic table.

This ground floor apartment is unique in that it is situated opposite the beach. Offering sea view from the lounge, main bedroom and garden. - Two bedrooms (The master bedroom has a double king bed & the twin bedroom has two single beds 2.6m wide,). - One bathroom with a walk in shower. - Good size lounge & kitchen with dining area for 4 person's. Front garden with shared direct access onto beach in this lovely area, also with local tennis courts and cafes a two minute walk away.

A recently renovated cottage with a lovely downstairs space and a spacious garden with the potential to use the hot tub if required. It features 2 king size bedrooms, 1 with an en suite and then a separate bathroom. Theres a kitchen, living area and dining table downstairs with a toilet. A travel cot can be supplied if needed. Please ask if you need any extras and we will do what we can to help! The cottage is attached to the main family home but is it’s own separate space.
