My family and I stayed in the gorgeous cabin for Easter. We had a TON of unexpected snow and it was beautiful! Sitting in the spotless hot tub surrounded by snow is *chefs kiss*. Carissa was a fantastic host; super proactive/communicative and provides everything you could need for a weekend away in the pines! The game room phenomenal and came in clutch while being snowed in. We will definitely be staying here again, with one of our kiddos on the way to NAU! ❤️❄️

I would recommend this home for everyone if you’d love a beautiful getaway. Walking distance to some nice trails and very peaceful and quiet.

Super cute cottage in a prime location with stunning views from the front porch.

This was a nice quite space if you're looking to avoid the Sedona crowds. The night sky is amazing and we did take advantage of the clean hot tub! It was a great home base to explore the surroundings and get a good nights rest. Very clean and well equipped!

We really enjoy our stay, the house is super spacious, we had everything that we needed there, we arrived during a winter storm and the moment we stepped into the house it was warm and cozy, it has some nice features like the playroom, hot tub, the living room drapes open by remote, you have a lot of outdoor space, lots of board games also, the kitchen it’s fully equipped, and everything was really clean, and it’s just 4 min away from the shuttle to Snowbowl.

We had a lovely stay at WillowPoint Creek Casita . The setting was peaceful and scenic, with easy access to trails, town, and nature. We especially enjoyed the hot tub, grill, and the pool—even though it was too cold to swim. The dirt road leading into the property, including a couple of creek crossings, made getting there feel like a fun little adventure. The house was well-equipped with all the kitchen essentials, and the hosts were responsive and welcoming, even providing a helpful local guide. We loved the quiet nights, clear skies, and the chance to truly unwind. Do be prepared for spotty cell service and slow internet—but honestly, that was part of the charm. It gave us a chance to disconnect and be reminded of the pace of everyday life. The only downsides were that the house could use a deeper clean, and the front gate was broken during our stay, which gave us some safety concerns. Overall, we enjoyed our time here and would recommend it for anyone looking for a getaway!

Great remote getaway, traveled to Grand Canyon and Sedona and was central to both places.

We loved our stay at this location. The window looking out to the trees was an incredible place to sit and watch the snow and birds and we couldn't believe how peaceful the environment was. The kids spent most of the time in the loft which had all the fun toys and games to keep them entertained. We went to Snowbowl and Williams as a day trip and both were easily accessible from the cabin. Everything was very clean and looked just as I expected from the pictures. The host was communicative and responsive and provided everything needed (including snacks!!) for a wonderful stay. I would recommend the cabin!

Brians place was perfection located just outide Sedona. Very picturesque! We felt right at home here. The kitchen was great ! Plenty of room to spread out. And Brian has everything you need to cook. One thing I would recommend is to have some cleaning products under the sink to be able to clean before and after. The yoga mats were a nice touch and we really enjoyed the record player too!

The Quail Cottage was the perfect location for the various areas we planned to visit. This is a well-styled, incredibly clean space that is cozy and had everything we needed. We especially loved the game room!

I booked a weekend trip with my daughter, it ended up snowing the day we went up! It was absolutely gorgeous and the snow had made our trip entirely worth it! The cabin was detailed exactly to the pictures, which was very cozy and clean on the inside! I received help from some of the amazing workers, Sean and Trey, who went above and beyond with their customer service! They both made us feel very comfortable and work well as a team! Everything about our trip was perfect, and the scenery around our cabin was beautiful and peaceful. I would definitely recommend this location and the staffs customer service to anyone I know! This is by far my favorite place to stay in the Sedona area! Thank you Don Hoels for making this a memorable trip for my daughter and I!

The house was beautiful and Mad was a great host! We were close to several locations so we were always busy!

The location in Cottonwood was perfect with easy access to Jerome, which is certainly worth a visit and to Sedona. It afforded us the privacy and serenity we were looking for on this trip. The home was immaculate and clean when we arrived. We had been given explicit directions on how to get there and our arrival and easy entry went without incident. The house provided everything we needed for us and our two tiny Yorkies . Would definitely stay here again if we come back through the area.

SOTH is an absolutely stunning find. It's just 10' from Sedona, far enough off the highway to be convenient, but sooo quiet. The grounds are stunning. The river noise is lovely. The trails and views are stunning. This is a beautiful, peaceful stay. My kids and I had the best time exploring and then chilling on our porch and in the living room when indoors. We also took short trips to go horseback riding and mountain biking. Everything is right here! Yet, you've escaped the hustle and bustle and crowds.

We've stayed at a lot of AirNBN's over the years, this one was definitely a top 5. Besides being comfortable, clean, and private, the cottage was stocked with plenty of towels and blankets. We especially appreciated the well appointed kitchen. Judie has a nice collection of pots, pans, and skillets, and plenty of plates, glasses and silverware. That may sound like a strange complement, but not if you've stayed at many other AirBNB's. Thanks!!

My wife and I were attending a wedding in PHX and wanted to "get away" for a few days to Sedona. We prefer going the Air BnB route and Mary Anne's casita fit our needs perfectly. The description is 100% accurate.....it is literally 1 large room with an attached bathroom. This is not a house per se, it is basically a large bedroom with a full service kitchen (including a table with 2 chairs)....and....views out the window to die for. For convenience purposes we would have loved a washer & dryer but we went to a local laundromat and made an adventure out of it. I would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend Mary Anne's accommodations to my family/friends. The location can't be beat and for my money there is something extra special about staying in a home and living like a local versus setting up camp in a hotel or a motel. 5 STARS in my book!

Great cabin in a quiet place but not far from the city

This was a perfect AirBNB for me, my wife, and two kids. Great size, nice amenities, and perfect location. I would recommend to anyone.

Our stay was fantastic! We were in town to visit our daughter at the college and explore the area. This was the perfect base for us to rest and spend time together. The beds were comfortable and my teen son even said the sofa bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the provided games & were able to easily use the snow supplies during a heavier than expected snowfall. We would definitely stay here again!

Definitely worth it! The private cottage is perfect for two people, and laying in bed I can see a clear view of the mountains. It was right in town, a 17 minute drive to Boynton Canyon Trail, and a 8 minute drive to The Chapel of the Holy Cross. When we arrived there was a deer behind the fence eating some leaves, it was beautiful to be right there in nature. Only thing is I didn’t realize others would be staying at the other properties on the ranch. After looking at the description again I realized that this is part of a bigger property and I should expect others. I didn’t come in contact or see the others, only one night after arriving home I noticed 2 cars in the driveway and it surprised me. All in all the cottage was beautiful and cozy, in a great location and with great views even from the bed inside!

amazing stay. this place is perfect for any traveler. not only was the place spotless but there were tons of thoughtful amenities. I look forward to staying here for my next visit
