This accomodations was very clean. We stayed for 3 1/2 weeks. We cooked many of our evening meals in the unit and found it adequately stocked with cooking utensils and tablewear for my wife and I. We had some difficulty with the cable system early on and April responded quickly. Her property manager visited and was able to remedy the problem. We did have some challenges with the Heating/Cooling system, but I suspect that was more of an operator issue. Both April and Carolina, her property manager, tutored us though. The unit is well located with fine restaurants nearby. It was in a quiet neighborhood, except for the relatively frequent emergency vehicle sirens. (The unit is located a couple blocks from a major fire house). We found the patio very comfortable and spent much time there. It was really a plus that there was a laundry facility on site. Not in the unit itself, but in another building on the property. We rate both the host and the property highly and would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay! Andrew is a wonderful host and would stay again. He is friendly and very responsive to any questions that we had. His place is in a very safe neighborhood and close to stores. Great place!

The gated entrance is reassuring and gives a sense of safety and security. There was also a well put together binder with a lot of helpful information about the area. The place (uncluding the outside area) was beautiful, comfortable, and quiet. Host is incredibly responsive. I loved the view from the windows! Many beaches to visit within 20 to 30 minutes. I would certainly stay again. A couple notes in case it's important to someone: 1. The shower head doesn't produce much water pressure and doesn't come out of the head correctly. It was sort of spattering in all directions. 2. There is no Snorkeling equipment as the listing suggests. Overall, it was a great short stay with wonderful hosts and, as stated earlier, I would stay again.

We LOVED this space! It was very clean and recently renovated. It’s bigger than the pictures show. Teresa does a great job communicating back quickly with anything I needed. Bed was comfy, more than enough parking, a hose outside to wash sand/salt water off, lots of beach chairs, umbrellas, sand rakes, and sifters to use for shark tooth hunting at the beach (I bought a floating sifter off FB Marketplace). Only a 10 min walk to the beach. We would drive to the beach in the AM with our equipment and walk back to eat lunch in the Airbnb, so not to deal with parking at the beach once it became crowded. The unit had everything we needed! Publix grocery store and Walmart is 10 mins away. We will absolutely be back next year! Thank you Teresa!

Differently a great place to stay. If I go back for a quick weekend for sure will get it again.

Anna’s place was as advertised…….very clean…..comfortable and a short walk to the mineral springs…..

Just what we needed. Little kitchen to cook if needed. Nice decorations and clean. Snack/coffee bar came in handy before and after traveling.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb—it was peaceful, private, and just what I needed. The pool was absolutely perfect, and I spent hours relaxing in the sun without any interruptions. I really appreciated the privacy of the space; it felt like my own personal retreat. The hosts were super responsive and helpful, making the whole experience even more enjoyable.

We had a wonderful stay! Home is exactly as pictured. We really enjoyed the backyard with pool, seating areas, put-put, & outdoor games. The place is easy walking distance to the Marina which has cute shops and restaurants. Communication with Caleb was easy and prompt. Highly recommend!

Great spot with easy drive to beaches and very close to the warm mineral spring park. Very clean and has everything you need. And it’s in a very safe, friendly neighborhood. Donna is very responsive and accommodating. We will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed everything about our stay at Debra’s place. We were there for over 2 months, while we looked for our own home and she was always quickly available to answer any questions. She was very helpful navigating our stay with 2 hurricanes! We did leave for two nights , but she was great about letting us know everything was safe for our return. Lovely home in a nice neighborhood, quiet, with lots of close restaurants and stores! We enjoyed watching golfers play. I highly recommend Debra’s place! Thank you Debra. We've stayed at Indigo at the Beach for spring break two years in a row with our daughters. The location is perfect for walking to the beach and downtown. Corinna and Tim are super nice and communicative. And the place is spotless and has all the fixings for a day at the beach, a home cooked meal, or anything else you'd want to do on vacation. The pool is also lovely.

Beautiful clean apartment. The view was amazing. Quiet neighbors. Bed was very firm innerspring mattress. Pillows were awesome and the extra blanket in the closet was nice. Towels were fluffy and huge. Price was on par with neighboring hotels.

Te thought of absolutely everything! It was a very quiet and cozy stay. Lots of privacy and beautiful garden! The bed was super comfortable. Loved the reading nook.

the Sweeneys were great! we stayed here during a hunting trip at Babcock ranch preserve, its 20 minutes straight down the road. the house is only 5 minutes from a Winn Dixie and a gas station in case you forgot anything, the beds were comfy, the washer and dryer work perfectly, the shower and bathroom were perfect as well. very pleased with sandy's place and if we end up back in that part of town again I will be sure to book it again!

Just needed a quiet workspace for 2 evenings and this worked out perfectly! Great space for the price.
