Own accomadation is not a room, no sharing. WIFI and parking. The entrance can be accessed via walking down a garden path on the side of the house. There is garden furniture for your use. The entrance is the first door on your right. Once you enter, you have a kitchen (tea, coffee, fridge, M/W, Induction Hob etc). Bathroom: sink , toilet and shower. Dining room is also on this floor. The stairs leads up to the bedroom. There is plenty of storage to stow away your items. No pets. No Smoking.

Simple but cosy room at the side of the house, you will need to go out side to get to the indoor facilities approx 4 feet but there is a sink in the room. Very private/quiet room with own entrance. Radiator, desk, chair, single bed with fresh bedding and a smart TV. There is also a kettle for a cup of tea in the morning. There is a fan and electric heater in the room along with a radiator. Towels and dressing gown is provided for your comfort, to walk to and from the shower room.
