Our beautiful beach condo has been in our family for 37 years. Just a short 2 blocks to the sand and ocean and a stone's throw to the pool and tennis court. Our children and grandchildren love coming to Fernandina Beach - we hope the same for you and your family! Beach chairs, umbrella, 2 adult bikes, beach towels and a few sand digging toys are available to make your stay enjoyable. When not in the pool or on the beach - Fort Clinch is a bike ride away! This fully renovated condo is in The Sandcastles complex within Amelia Island Plantation. It has 1 bedroom, 1 bath, a flex room that can be used as an office or a sleeping space with a king trundle bed. Single kayaks & gas golf cart are included to explore Drummond Park, Walker's Landing, Nature Center, mini golf, multiple shops and restaurants all within Amelia Island Plantation. The location is great, views are incredible and is a very comfortable space for couples, and small families!

Our magical, private OCEANFRONT home is the CLOSEST house to the Atlantic Ocean on Amelia Island. Our 3 bedrooms comfortably sleep 6 guests. The beautifully renovated completely stocked bathroom is spacious. There is a private spacious hot/cold shower on the lower deck as well! Our kitchen is perfect. We have added 3 bikes! Located on the wonderfully quiet and pristine Amelia Island and steps from the ocean, when you visit our home for a week, you may find yourself wanting to stay a month.
