This place is located very near the beach and has been newly remodeled. Great place to stay and a lot of restaurants nearby.

Merci à Laura pour son sympathique accueil. Logement de style local ancien, propre et bien agréable. La terrasse est bien clôturé ce qui était important pour nous avec nos 3 petits chiens. Laura est disponible, elle nous a donné de bonnes informations touristiques. Nous espérons revenir, la proximité de la plage de Bellaria-Igea à pied nous a séduit A 2 min à pied nous avons pu profiter des commerces dans la rue piétonne et son ambiance. Proprietario molto disponibile e amichevole. Eravamo un gruppo numeroso ma gli spazi erano ampi e ben organizzati. La colazione inclusa nel prezzo è veramente buona. Casa vicino al mare e al centro.

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful house which had everything we needed. Sirola is a wonderful town with amazing views, restaurants and beaches. We were able to completely relax and enjoy ourselves.

Amazing location with private parking right across from the beach. The apartment was clean, tidy, and perfect for a family vacation. Laura and her husband were incredibly friendly and responsive—when we mentioned the pillows were a bit too small for us, they brought us extra ones the same day. Highly recommended!

Sehr schöne kleine Wohnung in ruhiger Gegend. Der Ausblick ist noch schöner als auf den Bildern... wirklich traumhaft! Mit dem Auto sind es 10min zum Meer. 🌊 Die Wohnung war so wie beschrieben und gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Doppelhängesessel auf der Terasse war ein zusätzlicher Pluspunkt, da wie nicht damit gerechnet hatten. Unser Gastgeber Leonardo war von Beginn an, bis zur Abreise immer gut erreichbar. Wir haben Tipps zu Restaurants und Stränden in der Nähe bekommen. Insgesamt fanden wir die Unterkunft gemütlich und privat. Wir würden wiederkommen. 🏖🏡

Ich war eine Woche mit meinem Mann und meiner Mama in Massimos Villa am Meer... es war perfekt für uns! Auf der einen Seite das Meer, auf der anderen die "Stadt" mit Markt, Supermarkt, etc. Einschlafen mit Meeresrauschen und dem Gekicher der Menschen am Lungomare. Küche top ausgestattet zum Selberkochen... ich würde gern wiederkommen :-) Massimo ist ein großartiger Gastgeber, danke für alles und bis vielleicht ja mal wieder. Ciao katrin

Ein fantastischer Aufenthalt, der Strand ist direkt hinter dem Haus, Geschäfte und Cafes nebenan, auch der Garten war unglaublich schön, inklusive eines großen Privatparkplatzes. Alle Italiener sind äußerst freundlich und kommunikativ. Und die Innenstadt wäre sogar zu Fuß zu erreichen, um das Parkplatzproblem zu umgehen. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Einziger Wermutstropfen: Das Haus ist leider sehr hellhörig, ab 5 Uhr hört man die Vögel pfeifen. Aber insgesamt mein schönster Urlaub.

We had an amazing three week stay at casa Samy. The location is walking distance from the beach ( lido San guliano highly recommend not too busy and amazing water) as well as the center of San Guliano (borgo with its many nice restaurants ) and Rimini old town just across the Tiberius bridge. We made daily use of the bikes which get you pretty much everywhere in 5-10 minutes. Giovanni and his team are very helpful and friendly, one of his staff even arranged for a 3rd bike for our 9 year old son. The airco in the house works very well and provides for comfort on a hot day. Thank you Giovanni and team for you hospitality and contribution to our relaxing vacation.

Haus ist in einem gute Lage. Zu Fuß 25-35 Minuten weit weg von Strände. Nicoletta war immer erreichbar und hat geholfen. Nur Wasserdruck in obere Badezimmer war nicht genug. Sonst alles war echt super. Vielen lieben Dank Nicoletta für deine Gastfreundschaft und Hilfsbereitschaft. Liebe Grüße aus Tirol Engin

Essere ospiti (sarà labterza o quarta volta) nella casetta splendida di Paola, premurosa e gentile, è sempre un ottima esperienza, è come essere a casa, con tutto le comodità a portata di mano. avere poi 2 biciclette a disposizione è un plus enorme per potere girare la città ed andare al mare.

Ringraziamo infinitamente Antonella per la sua solare accoglienza e per la sua disponibilità. La casa è meravigliosa, accogliente e ben arredata, con tutto l'essenziale. La posizione è ottimale.

Ci siamo trovati molto durante il nostro soggiorno. Miranda è stata molto ospitale e gentile. L' appartamento è fornito di tutto il necessario e dista 15/20 minuti di macchina dalle principali spiagge della Riviera del Conero. Lo consigliamo!

Wir sind mit Zug und Bus angereist, die Bushaltestelle ist 50 Meter von der Unterkunft entfernt und Strand, Supermarkt, Restaurants, Ortszentrum sowie der Nachbarort Sirolo sind gut zu Fuss zu erreichen. Das Haus hat viel Charme, liegt zentral an einem schönen und ruhigen Weg. Francesco war immer gut zu erreichen und hat schnell und freundlich geantwortet und Tipps gegeben. Wir hatten einen sehr schöne Aufenthalt in Numana!

Casa molto accogliente e accessoriata. Zona tranquilla e in una posizione comoda per spostamenti a piedi. Host molto disponibile, gentile.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo BnB per due notti e ci siamo trovati benissimo! La struttura è accogliente, pulitissima e curata nei minimi dettagli. La camera era spaziosa, perfetta per me e mio figlio, con letti comodi e tutto il necessario per un soggiorno rilassante. La posizione è ideale, vicina a tutte le attrazioni principali. L’host è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile, assicurandosi che avessimo tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno. Torneremo sicuramente in questo splendido BnB e lo consigliamo a chiunque cerchi un alloggio di qualità!
