We had a wonderful couple of days in the annexe which was surrounded by absolutely beautiful countryside. The accommodation was exactly as described. Carol and Derek were perfect hosts.

A very comfortable place to stay. the apartment was very comfortable with everything you need. Parking was a bit tight at times when getting out, but minor. We would love to stay again, thank you Paul and Daphne

The apartment is a characterful and beautiful, well equipped, spacious space which felt relaxing and interesting at the same time. It fulfilled our desire to stay in somewhere that wasn't an ordinary, bland, featureless room. It was filled with curiosities and museum pieces whilst also being comfortable and quite lovely. Great stay in Torquay! Clean apartment in a peaceful location, close enough to the beach, shops, etc. Comfy bed, well-equipped kitchen, and quiet at night. Host was friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Thank you Anna and Oskar for providing such a lovely, clean and welcoming apartment. It was in a lovely quiet location, but close enough to the station and amenties in walking distance, with parking if we had needed it. Just perfect for our quick one night stay for my son and me. Will definitely stay there again if we come back to Torquay.

Tracy & Richard's place is very convenient and stocked with all the essentials needed for a weekend getaway or even a longer vacation. It's in a great location with a couple of minutes away from the local pub and a 30 mins walk from Lyme Regis.

My mum and I had the most glorious weekend in Lyme Regis - and Guy’s hideaway was the perfect place to stay! Guy was totally charming, warm and welcoming - making us feel right at home (plus an array of breakfast things laid out for us and everything). The view overlooking the sea, at the end of the garden - where we sat with a bottle of fizz - is also better than any pub or bar you can find. We will be returning!

Truly stunning apartment and perfect for my stay - loved the style and space much. Oh and a jacuzzi bath tub was a lovely surprize. Only thing I'd say is there's no number on the door so we had to kind of guess which door it was - I may have missed some instructions though

Lovely. Lovely and peaceful location walking distance to the beach and shops. However do need to be fit and able as steep incline and steps up from the beach .

Great apartment right in the centre of Dartmouth surrounded by fantastic restaurants, independent shops and activities on the water. The space was characterful and easy to use. Hosts were really helpful.

We had a lovely stay - the apartment is cosy, great central location close to everything we wanted to do during our trip, nice to have some outside space, hot tub was a plus as it was a relaxing treat after lots of walking around town. Leesa and Gary are very thorough, helpful, easy to reach and kind. They also gave us fab recommendations and were very flexible/understanding when it came to our specific circumstance and needs. Wonderful stay, lovely place, booked last minute instead of a hotel. Great hot tub to stargaze in the evening. Wonderful added extras tea coffee etc. Great for couples. Would stay again.

Heron’s Reach is an absolute gem! So comfortable and relaxing that our 2 nights away felt like a week! Would definitely recommend - ideal for taking it easy in Budleigh Salterton or exploring further afield.

Great communication from before I booked it as I had a few questions. Very accommodating with my requests and clear instructions. A home from home. A lovely welcome pack for when we arrived. Spotlessly clean. Extremely comfortable beds. A lovely hot shower with some good power to it. Had absolutely everything we needed including toilet paper, washing up liquid and towels provided which is very rare in a caravan. Even had a coffee machine with a selection of different coffee pods. Lots to do on the site and access to the neighbouring site too. Also only a 10 minute drive to Torquay so plenty to do. Would definitely recommend and hope to visit again. We had a great stay here. A lovely place and peaceful setting. There were clear instructions for everything making our stay stress free. Great location for visiting Dartmoor national park. We also visited Blackpool sands beach which was amazing. The 1.30hr drive was worth it for us although there are closer beaches. Nice sitting at the meadow and having our morning coffee with the chickens who paid us a visit. Thank you Ilona for a great couple of days away

We had a fantastic break at The Annex in Frogmore. It was equipped with everything we needed for our 3 night stay and the home was beautifully clean and comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the hot tub overlooking the estuary and walking across to the pub opposite in the evenings.

Had an absolutely amazing stay and Susan was informative and made the whole experience as relaxing as possible. Amazing views at the location and the hot tub made it even better. Cannot fault a single thing with this location and we will definitely be booking again! Would definitely recommend to others.
