Cute and quiet stay. Perfect place for two people. Very peaceful with a beautiful little lake behind property. About 25 minutes to Universal and to Disney World. We will definitely be booking this place again

Mikes place was exactly as described , TV’s are way bigger than the photos provided. Check in is easy you don’t have to talk to nobody at the front desk easy access in and out . There is construction going on around the property but that wasn’t a downfall to me. Only downfall is the water is lukewarm in the shower I’m a hot hot hot water person but I understand all residents are on a water heater so overall I am really greatful and appreciative of my stay and highly recommend if you just want somewhere peaceful and nice to sleep at

I enjoyed my stay and would book again if I was in Florida

The house was beautiful. The pool was nice. The only downside was the house is very close to a very very busy road. It was great that dogs were allowed but would have preferred a fenced in back yard. Jesus and family were extremely nice.

The property was great! It was perfect for our family traveling for the weekend and was very accommodating. The host was extremely responsive with any questions. I definitely recommend this.

Great Stay – Highly Recommend! I had a wonderful stay at Karen’s place. The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect for me sightseeing, work, relaxation, etc.], and check-in was smooth and easy. karen was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely book again if I’m in the area! You will not be disappointed. Great Place.

This was our first time staying at an Airbnb. It was clean, well maintained and very comfortable. The fenced backyard was perfectly convenient traveling with our dog. Eileen was very responsive to our questions. I highly recommend it and will be considering other Airbnb’s over pet friendly hotels in the future.

Beautiful home & surrounding area. Host are kind and welcoming, even went the extra mile to return my girlfriend’s lost ring!

Stayed a few days for NCA college nationals. Great location for the price. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The tiki bar, pool, and easy access to the beach made for a great time!

I could write a novel about how amazing Melanie’s condo is! We felt like this was a home away from home! The view is out of this world and the beds were amazingly comfortable and everything was spotless. If you can think of it Melanie had it. Everything from beach towels to spices for cooking steak to detergent to sunscreen. It was quiet and felt very safe. My kids loved waking up to the views of the sunrise every morning and they are already asking when we can go back! All of the residents in the building were incredibly friendly to us and we felt very welcome :)

Our stay was excellent, the condo is perfectly located by attractions, restraunts, stores and other activities - many in walking distance! clean and well stocked kitchen made making meals a home easy, and the beds were comfortable. Clean, well appointed bathrooms and laundry were convenient and well stocked. Being on the 4th floor got a bit tiring to walk up, but it was very safe and secure with a great veiw of the fountain. Bit of a walk/drive to the open pool (the one right next door is closed for renovations) but it wasn't difficult by car or walking to locate it and enjoy the amenities. Lin was very responsive to questions and offered immediate assistance! I would recommend providing instructions for how to use the remotes for the TV's and the thermostat - though they may have been available and we were so busy we missed them. Would definitely stay here again, it was the perfect place for our trip in every way and the host takes pride in the property and hosting her guests!

Enrico was extremely nice and helpful from the beginning to the end. He was very responsive and answered any questions quickly. Lisa helped us get into the place and was right there to meet us. Easy and quick plus directions and instructions and made sure we did not have any questions. This place is in a beautiful area with the most beautiful views you could ever imagine. The place was very clean (spotless)and made you feel very much at home. We enjoyed every minute of our stay! 😍 Only wish we could have stayed there longer to enjoy ourselves. 😎 The restaurant at the top is also a must to enjoy the sunset and delicious food. The condo was beachfront just steps to the beach from the pool. The hottub was broken when we stayed which was a bummer but the pool is heated. There is a restaurant onsite by the pool which was convenient that has pizza, sandwiches, etc. the daytona beachshore sign is literally around the corner. The bandshell was about 17 min walk or 5 min drive. There is a parking lot across the street when we had Easter sunrise mass on the beach. The condo itself was clean, roomy that fit 6 of us. There were 2 balconies which was nice. Everything we needed was there. There are extra towels and beach towels and chairs. There were 2 bathroom with one jetted tub. It does have a handheld shower but if you want a stand in shower, the other bathroom has it. The kitchen was a little tight but we were able to deal with it. The microwave was a little small, only the small plate will fit. Theres a fullsize fridge, stove/oven, coffee maker, and toaster. It was a great stay!

A slice of paradise! We spent 4 weeks here. Secure building, great location, good free parking, nice pool, sauna and exercise room. The pool was wonderful, and the beach is stunning. Grocery and wine stores under a 5 minute drive. 20 minute drives to 4 public golf courses. Apartment clean, and very comfortable. Great bed, shower and kitchen, highly recommend!

The condo was very well maintained and stocked with most everything we needed. We loved that it is located minutes from the Orange County Convention Center since we were in town for a cheer competition. During our stay, we also visited Disney and Universal Studios, which were only 20 minutes away. The condo is within walking distance to a Publix, ABC Liquor, Walgreens, and quite a few restaurants. The condo was perfect, we will definitely stay there again!
