We had the best girls overnight! We loved how secluded and peaceful the house was. The surroundings were beautiful and we enjoy every minute. On the deck it felt as though you were at a retreat. The house was plenty big for the group of 6 we had and it was very clean and tidy. So thankful for all the amenities and how stocked the cabinets were with must haves. Our only complaint was that we wish we had planned 2-3 nights instead of 1. Would looooove to come back and make it a yearly stay. Thank you for sharing your amazing place 🙏

absolutely amazing. the location is obviously right on the slopes, which is great. but the house itself is gorgeous and way more beutiful in person. kitchen was stocked with everything that you might need. perfect house for a great ski vacation. it was such a pleasure to stay there and I could not recommend it more.

Celeste is always a wonderful host, friendly and engaged but also providing privacy as desired. She easily recommends activities and restaurants in the area, noting "back ways" to avoid traffic related to concerts. The location is perfect for accessing SPAC. It's easy to get at home here

Gwen was absolutely a superb host!! We drove in from Florida for my daughters graduation from Cornell. Thankfully, Gwen made sure all was taken care of at the property as I also had some last minute changes. She send me shopping and local information so I could prepare prior to arriving at the Condo. Gwen most certainly assisted our family in making this trip very joyous and memorable. The Condo was exquisite, very clean and comfortable for us. The area was breathtaking and we look forward to visit again!

The house is very cute, clean, and cozy. There was plenty of room for 4 people even though it was just my boyfriend and I staying there. Armand made sure we talked on the phone before arriving to go over our stay and how to contact him if needed.

We have stayed in probably over a hundred of different Airbnbs and Adham’s is still the most memorable and impressive one for me. My rating of his place is truly 6 out of 5, and no less than that. Yes, the location is wonderful; yes the townhome itself is great: very clean, very cozy, very homey and very well equipped. Yes, the kitchen has everything you will ever need on your vacation, and yes the heater works perfectly. But what makes the real difference is the host. Have you ever heard of the host who brings you a fresh high quality breakfast because you arrive late and need to leave early the next morning? Have you heard that your host helps your kids to practice piano by simply bringing one over? Have you heard of a host who consistently keeps you in the loop on all relevant local events during your stay? What about all these things together? That’s Adham for you. He goes above and beyond and that’s an underestimation. That made our stay with Adham a real treat.

We chose this location to be close to the racetrack and it didn’t disappoint. It was very comfortable and the host was very responsive. We will definitely be back.

I stayed with my family of 4 here for a week and it was lovely. We had more than enough room, it was very clean and updated with everything you could need. Chris,our host, was great and very accommodating to our family. 10/10 recommend. Thank you!

EXCELLENT. Everything as pictured, loads of space, beautifully renovated, and very clean. Many thoughtful touches, like motion-sensing lights (especially the tiny one next to the keypad!) that made it easy to navigate an unfamiliar space. Bedside tissues, Q-tips in the bathroom, individually wrapped bars of bath soap; somebody is paying attention to what guests might need/want! Prompt communication from hosts. We were very pleased. The neighborhood leaves a lot to be desired (not dangerous, just ugly and dirty -- sadly, like many parts of Utica these days). Despite that, I highly recommend.

Had a heart time fishing in Pulaski. Jeff was a very accommodating host who was very responsive. The house was very nice, clean, and was described accurately. A great place to stay with a couple friends for a week of fishing!

Ronn’s place was amazing! The location is perfect for anyone staying in Geneva and the space is spectacular!

This was our second stay and it was even better than the last. This house is immaculate- so spacious and comfortable you sink right in and never want to leave! The location at the top of their block is breathtaking and so peaceful. My son is allergic to dust and always struggles when we travel but had no issues here due to how clean. Jen is a super responsive host and goes above and beyond. The dog water bowl was filled when we got there and she left treats for humans and furry friends. Though the snow never showed we really enjoyed skiing at west mountain, hiking lake moreau and Saratoga Springs Spa Parks. And dinner at Morgan & Co. I'm already thinking about our next visit! This is truly our favorite airbnb.

The listing was accurate and Susan was very responsive. The house was clean and organized. The beds and living room furniture were very comfortable. The amenities were very good. If we travel back to this area, we would stay here again.

John’s place was fabulous! Very spacious, clean and quiet. John was very efficient with responses and getting in was seamless. For us it was 8 minutes from where we needed to be. With the family we now have living in the area we will definitely be coming back here and have recommended it to friends planning on visiting Buffalo. You won’t be disappointed!

I was so glad we stayed at Sheri’s place. It was well appointed, comfortable and welcoming. It was close to a grocery store and the venue for my nephew’s wedding. I had to use the kitchen to assemble a wedding cake for 140 people. The kitchen was just the right size for the task. My husband left his shoes at the house by mistake. We are still waiting to hear from Sheri about how we can arrange to have them sent to us. We would happily suggest Sheri’s place to anyone who is heading up to the Saratoga area.

This Airbnb is great especially working at the hospital it makes it incredibly accessible and having your own private driveway is a bonus. Will definitely stay here again!

Very comfortable and beautifully decorated home. Excellent location as well. In the warm days enjoyed the back patio with my cup of coffee. Felt at home immediately. Beds are very cozy. Highly recommend this gem!

Can’t say enough good things about Leyla’s Canandaigua townhouse! Check in couldn’t have been easier. The place itself was light and spacious, the furniture and mattress very comfortable. The vibe and décor are relaxing and beachy without being cliché. And very important, the townhouse was super clean. The lake view from the balcony deck was incredible – we enjoyed sitting with coffee and soaking in the vitamin D early in the day, and happy hour before dinner while looking out at peaceful Lake Canandaigua. This place has everything – the owner goes above and beyond with “extras,” too! We found two excellent restaurants nearby that we highly recommend, both just a short drive from the townhouse: Prosecco in Farmington and Nolan’s in Canandaigua. We highly recommend this townhouse - we’ll plan a future trip for the summer. Thank you, Leyla!
