The cabin was a great little escape for us. Quiet, peaceful, and remote but still plenty close to bars, restaurants, grocery, and activities. Perfect to slip away into nature but keeping amenities in close reach. We can’t wait to come back.

We arrived to the cabin after 9 pm but the cabin was easy to find and access. Falling asleep to the sound of the rain on the tin roof and the river behind the cabin was very soothing - exactly what we were looking for. Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely cabin. We loved the privacy and nature sounds throughout the night.

Only there for a quick over-nite stay for a memorial for a friend. Ann and Frank built this Air b'n'b purposefully into the lower level of their home when they built it. The apartment is spacious, immaculate and beautifully decorated. Step out the door to the view of the pond and beautiful countryside. 10 minute drive to quaint county seat of Norwich , NY. with restaurants, shopping, movie theatre, etc. Easy drives to Cooperstown baseball Hall of Fame or Ithaca (Finger Lakes, Cornell University.) We lived in the area for 30 years before moving south to be closer to our grandchildren. It was nice to be "home."

Beautiful fall getaway. I could not ask for better lakefront views. The cottage is just like the pictures and has all the amenities. Robert had great local recommendations and brought us homemade cookies. We are looking forward to returning again in the future.

A perfect private little get away. Exactly as described. If you want peace and quiet in the woods, this the place for you. Close to hiking trails too! Also a very short drive to town. Less than 5 minutes. Thomas was very responsive and had lots of recommendations. Would definitely come back.

The cottage and property was well maintained. You definitely feel like you’re staying at a person’s home. The books, games, open floor plan, soaking tub, all make you feel cozy and if your staying at a friends cabin without the guilt of being an intrusive guest. The bugs deterred us from being outside at night, but that is to be expected with the view. The kayaks were easy to use and not far from a sandy shore and lake. We stuck to the middle tiny island and floated. It is not deep. The private beaches are not necessary but there is a small area near the painted frog rock where you can place your kayak if you are alone and want to swim. I was told by the renter’s it was fine but you want to ask because I don’t know if it’s technically private shoreline. Sitting in the living room playing trivia and hiking Auger Falls was our family’s highlight and bringing our dog made him so happy. He is still tired! It was the perfect combination of rustic charm with excellent amenities.

I believe one of the best compliments to any AirBnB host is returning to their property: this was our fourth visit to the Clack Cabin, and surely not our last! We love the Clack Cabin for its coziness, comfort, and location. It's a small space, but has absolutely everything one needs. It's incredibly peaceful and relaxing, with the stream providing such a soothing soundtrack. The Clapper Hollow State Park a few steps away from the cabin has many easy and quiet paths to explore (we had the forest entirely to ourselves on Easter Sunday!). Clara is a wonderful host, very welcoming and helpful with local tips and knowledge. We already look forward to our next visit!

Jason’s cozy bungalow had everything we were looking for in a quick weekend getaway from Rochester- quiet and peaceful setting with a view of Honeyoye Lake at the end of the street, a perfectly appointed kitchen, and all the little details we loved about the listing. I can imagine it’s even better in the summer! The home was spotless when we arrive so we could get right to relaxing. Definitely recommend .

From the second we turned onto the driveway we knew we were exactly where we wanted to be. We spend our couple days exploring Grays Property looking for wildlife and letting our dogs enjoy being outside! The inside was absolutely perfect as well. We were so sad that we had to leave but we will certainly be back someday! Thank you Gray sharing this little piece of perfection you have created!

My family and I recently stayed at the Villa to celebrate my birthday. The 4hr plus drive was definitely worth it!!! Can’t get over that amazing 🤩 view and so fortunate to have experienced this beautiful landscape for my birthday. My husband and I loved relaxing in the hot tub during the evening. We appreciated how clean the hot tub was as well. Kerry, the private chef, cooked a delicious meal and you should definitely consider booking her during your stay. Just a FYI which I think is important to mention…….to access the Villa from the parking lot is about 80 steps. We had a wonderful time! Thank you Scott & Ina 😊

What a great little cabin in the woods! Plenty of peace and privacy. The fireplace was an absolute treat at the end of a long day of hiking. Within driving distance of some really beautiful sites or a great place to just relax and enjoy some quiet time.

The Heron cabin was an amazing weekend getaway! Close to the Baseball hall of fame, but far enough out to be away from the noise and crowds. The cabin was clean and comfortable and is a great place to relax!

This is such a great Airbnb! I've stayed here before and will definitely be back again! The pictures match exactly. And it was extremely clean with very tastefully decorations. The picnic table and patio area are especially nice to use during the warmer weather. 10/10 recommend!!

The cabin was absolutely beautiful! Very clean and beautifully decorated. They provided everything you could need. Loved the area. It felt very secluded and peaceful, yet still close enough to go do things without having to travel too far. Loved that they have their own trail right on the property. Kay & Tom were wonderful hosts and we can't wait to book with them again!

This cabin was everything we wanted and more! The wifi worked exceptionally well - both of us were able to work from the cabin without interruptions. It is also a nice touch that the lakeside hut has wifi. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. The real stunner is the lake access with the screened in gazebo. Highly recommend!

This was our second stay at Jason’s place. We absolutely love everything about it. It’s just a great place to escape to. Cozy, clean, naturalistic space to unwind. We will be back again very soon!

We loved our stay here! Everything matched the pictures and was as described. Bed was soooo comfortable and the indoor fire place made it even cozier. Jamie responded in minutes when we had a question and even came down to help with the battery pack when we needed help. Our favorite part was waking up early the next morning and getting to see the ducks, dogs and goats. Perfect stay

We fell in love with The Tiny Owl’s Nest! It was absolutely lovely. Extremely cozy, very clean and comfortably furnished. It was the perfect get away home for two. I loved the unique decor around the house. Easy check in and check out. Hosts were very responsive and proactive. It was about a 20 minute drive to Lake George and there were nearby grocery markets for any last minute items guests may need. Looks just like the photos if not even better in person! What a sweet, cute little home. We can’t wait to book again!!

We had a wonderful weekend getaway at The Cottage! The location was exactly what we were hoping for—quiet, peaceful, and surrounded by nature. The babbling brook just outside the cabin added the perfect calming touch, and the secluded setting made it feel like a true escape from the hustle and bustle of New York City. The cabin itself was clean, cozy, and well-kept. One of the biggest highlights was the bed—it was incredibly comfortable, and we got some of the best sleep we've had in a long time. Even though it rained the whole weekend, the atmosphere of the cottage made it feel relaxing and special. Another plus is how close it is to downtown Saratoga Springs. There are tons of great shops and restaurants nearby, so you get the best of both worlds—peaceful nature and easy access to town. We’re already looking forward to coming back, especially during the warmer months. Highly recommend!

La proximité du lac est très calme et reposante, on entend que le clapotis des vagues et les canards de temps en temps. L’environnement est magnifique. Le chalet est très bien entretenu, comme nous sommes arrivés sous la neige, il faisait bien chaud dans le chalet, tout est très propre et confortable. Nicole est très réactive pour communiquer, nous avons été très bien accueilli. Hâte de refaire un séjour durant l’été, nous reviendrons c’est sûr.

The location was perfect. We love Skaneateles and have been there many times but Marcellus was a pleasant surprise. The cottage was cozy and comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. The water pressure was good in the shower and the water was nice and hot. The towels were fluffy. The bed was comfortable. We plan on coming back in the fall.

My cousin and I stayed at Dianne’s for a long weekend and absolutely loved it! Beautifully decorated, cozy, and inviting with a great outdoor space! The kitchen was well appointed and little thoughtful touches throughout made us feel right at home. A new favorite; we couldn’t have asked for a better stay!
