We had a wonderful vacation at the Siesta Beach Cottages. The property was exactly as described in the listing. The condo very clean and had everything my family of 4 needed for a week’s vacation - beach chairs, beach towels, bikes, grill, washer/dryer, bedsheets, towels, and full kitchen. Neighborhood was quiet and neighbors were friendly. Communication about the property, amenities, and location, and nearby activities made the stay stress-free! Cottages are within short walk to the beautiful beach and restaurants. Thanks for a great vacation, can’t wait to return!

The place was very clean, and everything that required was provided. It was in a park setting, which suited us just fine.

We came with three other families so we had possession of all four cottages. Check-in was extremely easy and smooth. They went above and beyond to try to get us in early since they knew we were arriving before check-in. It was the perfect space to gather all our family and friends and be able to enjoy family dinners each night together. The location was great for us! Our teenagers walked down every day to where all the hustle and bustle was, but the adults really enjoyed being at the more peaceful end of the beach. I can’t say enough about how amazing this place is. It had all the amenities that you could ask for. Plenty of restaurants to walk to. Would highly recommend this place, especially for multiple families as it was nice to be able to gather, but to also have your own space. We will definitely return! Thanks so much for a wonderful stay.

Clean, comfortable unit. Kitchen was well stocked. Bathroom had a generous supply of plush towels. Danil and David were great to work with. I would return again.

Great private stay a block from the beach and two blocks from the village. The area is very walkable for things to do and eat. If you’re looking for a honeymoon, anniversary or getaway spot this is perfect! And the hot tub is a nice touch.

Nice space to stay for a get away, or if you are out of town working.

We’ve stayed near Siesta key before, but the experience was very different this time due to our host. Starting before we arrived, she made sure we would have what we needed for our staff, including a high chair and crib. During our stay she checked in regularly. It felt more like we were staying at a friends house than a rental.

There were 6 of us total as we had some young teachers on spring break and their friends with us. The space worked well for all of us and the location is great. The beach was an easy walk, our cottage had a fenced in area for our pup, there are shops and restaurants within walking distance. We enjoyed the pool and the hottub. Dave who assists in the care of the place was available and very responsive to all needs and questions. We hope to come back and we would recommend it to anyone.

Easy check in and check out. Very private space and very secure with the security gate. Felt right at home! My friend and I have stayed here multiple times and it’s great every time!

This house was easy to find & it looked just like the photos. The location was very convenient—only 5 miles from Siesta Key beach. Lots of restaurants nearby.

What a great place to stay. The house was very clean and felt right at home. Mark provides everything you need and is very responsive if you need anything. Plenty of towels and essential household items were stocked. The pool was amazing and he even has corn hole boards set up. The main strip of Siesta is a 2 minute walk away and the beach isn’t much further. I strongly recommend.

We had an excellent stay at this cozy cottage! The place was spotless, easy to find, and exactly as described. The bathroom and kitchen were both modern and well-stocked, making our stay super convenient. It’s clear the host takes pride in keeping everything in great shape. We had no issues at all and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We had a great time staying here! The home was beautiful with all the beach supplies one could want. As someone who drove their boat up, the dock had great cleat availability and we had no problems getting a spot. One of the easier places to dock at that I have stayed overnight. Home also has everything for cooking and good wifi for being on an island. Loved the vibe of LGI, watching the sunset, and exploring the surrounding islands. Would definitely stay again!

Adorable, spotless duplex on a quiet street. One of the best properties I have ever rented. Hosts are responsive and pleasant. Will rent again when in the area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Canopy Cottage. This was our second year staying and loved it even more. Jami is an excellent host. We loved being close to the Legacy Trail to ride bikes and the sort drive to Siesta Key Beach! Would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay. Very unique house and surroundings. We walked to the beach for a beautiful sunset and enjoyed the screened porch. Will definitely recommend!

Absolutely loved our stay! The place was beautiful, clean, and exactly as described. It’s literally less than a minute walk to the beach—such a perfect location. Quiet, peaceful, and a great little getaway spot. The host had everything we needed, which made the stay super comfortable and convenient. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and unwind. We love the Sun Cottage. This is our second stay there. A really nice place. Within walking distance or short drive to the beach. Lauren responded to our questions very quickly. We stayed two months so we really appreciated the washer/dryer and the stocked kitchen. We would definitely book again.

Friendly owners, private location and a clean place to stay. All you could really ask for. If ever in Fort Meyers again, I would certainly look to come here first.

We had a great stay! Loved that the location was close to the river walk! The unit was very clean, and was decently stocked. Was also a very quiet neighborhood. The host was responsive and put together some nice guides for the area. I'd stay here again if I need a rental in Punta Gorda.

House was very cozy comfortable and relaxing , Choose from many beaches around area , would stay there again.

The cutest cottage and very spacious for a couple. Very peaceful area close to the beach and great restaurants and attractions. We felt like going back in time and yet not lacking anything we are used to in modern life. Everything was perfect and we really didn’t need to contact the hosts for the entirety of our 4 night stay. We absolutely recommend Mattie’s Cottage to anyone visiting the Sarasota area.

This cottage was perfect for the 3 of us! Right by a low crowd beautiful beach and within walking distance of several restaurant. Also loved that they had beach chairs, umbrellas, flippers and googles available to use. Pretty much everything you need on a beach. Also provided coffee pods which was a nice touch - we were able to have coffee every morning! Loved this place and would definitely visit again.

Kelly's place was a welcoming retreat. So quiet, beautiful surroundings and lots of creatures to see and hear. The cottage is cozy and well equipped, lots of natural light, a comfortable bed, quality linens and a spacious, well lit, shower. :) We had everything we needed, enjoyed the time we spent there and hope we can return on one of our future trips to Englewood.
