This was a beautiful stay for my group. The scenery was so serene and the backyard was very big so there was lots to do even if we just stayed in the house. I would recommend bringing a car because town areas were fairly far away. Everything in the house was very clean and had all of the amenities described.

Great place close to Greek Peak resort which is where my kids wanted to go for activities. We stayed here with my daughter in law and her family and had more than enough space. Great space to sit and visit and play some fun games which Vickie had plenty of!

We’ve stayed a lot of places in Binghamton and this was by far the best of all. Peaceful quiet neighborhood with only a couple neighbors. In the morning you get to enjoy the beautiful sounds of the woodpeckers and nature. The house is adorned with high end furnishings, the coziest blankets and linens, and all the appliances/extras one would need. Our boys especially loved the family board games. Salamon and Shadae are super responsive for any question or need. Highly recommend!

Very communicative host and a beautiful home with natural surroundings. Lots of stuff to stay entertained in the home (game room in the basement), huge TV in the living room and a gym. It's a old home but hahas a character to it. We checked in pretty late but Margaret was very accommodating and always responded to our messages. Highly recommend as a host.

One of our favorite AirBnb experiences! This place was perfect for our family to get together under one roof. Joan and Leo were very pleasant and easy to communicate with and were extremely flexible with our requests. The home was beautifully decorated and we were able to have great family dinners in the huge dining room! The amenities were many which made for a fun, relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Highly recommend this place and hope to come back to stay again!

Our family of four (two adults and two teenagers) had an amazing stay at this property! The host went above and beyond by sending thoughtful restaurant recommendations, which made exploring the local dining scene so much easier. The house itself was spotless, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for meal prep. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring we had a restful sleep each night. We highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again!

The place was just as described. Charming older home in a quiet neighborhood. Inviting enclosed front porch and a small sitting area in the back. We had an issue with the heating and Joy replied to my message within 10 min and had someone over to look at it within the hour. Despite the inconvenience, we felt right at home. We’ll be back!

Robert and Donita were fabulous host, quick communications and very helpful. The space was spotless and well equipped. Very private and cozy, nice furniture, comfortable couch and big tv. The 37 acres were very unique and nice layout with well marked trail. I can’t thank him enough for sharing his home. We would definitely stay there again

It was adorable. So charmingly decorated, with everything you could need. Went above and beyond with wine and fresh fruit. We hope to make it our “home away from home” whenever we are in town. Claire was so friendly and generous - couldn’t have asked for a kinder host.

This unit was very clean and cozy. There were a lot of extra towels, which was great for our party of 5. Beds were comfortable as well. The host was also very accommodating and let us park our car for a little extra time after we checked out. Only thing to be aware of, is it is an old home with old quarks. Some of the outlets in the bedrooms were a bit loose and the upstairs floors are very creaky. Overall, a pleasant experience and we would definitely stay again!

My employees stayed there while working out that way. Stephanie was amazing and the house was lovely also. My employees enjoyed there stay with well rested night and relaxing on there off time. Will definitely book again.

Wow. Beautiful home. The rooms were large and well appointed. Kitchen had everything we needed for our visit. The bathroom was huge and the tub was a nice surprise. The hosts were so welcoming. My 80 mother was in our party and she has mobility issues. Barrie could not have been more accommodating. My mother said she might just stay!! Overall a 10!!!

Such a cozy and welcoming place! It had everything we needed and more. Elaine was so welcoming and thoughtful. She left snacks for us in the fridge and even included dairy free yogurt for my lactose intolerant daughter. We would love to come back!

Felt so at home with the michigan items and especially all the music nostalgia that was an adventure in whimsical wonderment and reminiscences for these professional musicians. This was my first Airbnb and Dominic made it so easy. Thank you so much and looking forward to coming back💓

This house is BEAUTIFUL. My family and I came to visit friends in the area during January, so we didn't use anything outside, but inside was absolutely amazing. My husband and I LOVED the space that we had so we weren't on top of each other like we are when we rent a hotel room, my daughter fell in LOVE with the pink room, and my son was excited to watch movies on the BIG tv. When everyone is happy, I am VERY happy. Jose was EXTREMELY helpful and friendly in his correspondences. It felt more like talking to a friend, than a complete stranger. Before we left, we got to see a couple of bald eagles across the river hanging out in one of the trees. Everything was absolutely beautiful, comfortable, and perfect for our family. If we come back down to that area, I will definitely try to rent this house again.

What a perfect location for a fall Ithaca weekend! The home was centrally located. And exactly as depicted in the pictures. The home was clean and comfy for our group. The beds were very comfortable and it was large enough for our group. The home was very clean and we felt right at home. Zach took time to walk us through his home and ensure we felt comfortable. He was a wealth of knowledge of the area and his recommendations were spot on! I highly recommend renting this home, I will be renting again next year!!

Lovely spot for my family with two young kids to stay - easily accessible to great hikes and food options, a 15 minute walk to the commons, many grocery stores (and a great bakery) nearby, and super comfortable for the family to sleep, eat, and play. Andrea kindly left out toys for the kids and we loved having drinks in the backyard. Highlight activities were Buttermilk Falls hike, Teaghannock falls hike and lake beach, Treman swimming hole, Watkins Glenn, the National Soaring Museum, the Science Center, and Stewart Park. Best meals were at The Rook, Lev Kitchen, and Thompson and Bleecker (plus baked goods at Wide Awake bakery, but beware their limited hours!). Hope we can come back to Ithaca again!
