Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. The studio is situated on our property in a safe and quiet gated development, independent from our home with its own front door. The studio has a shower room, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster. Minutes from Emsworth train station with links to London , Portsmouth, Chichester. There is parking on our drive, max height 7ft, large cars can be tricky to park, no other parking allowed in development. We are 0.5 miles from the Village.

There is a coastal footpath on the doorstep, the Southdowns, West Wittering beach, Chichester and Portsmouth a short drive away.

A lovely 3 bedroom cottage, believed to date from the 18th century, with enclosed private garden and own parking for 2 cars. A 5 minute walk to the quay, numerous independent cafes and restaurants, all within a short stroll. Fantastic area to explore with beautiful views of Chichester harbour and the estuary. Great for walking with abundant bird life. Two double bedrooms and one twin room. Unfortunately not wheelchair friendly.
