Skiing 45 minutes Choice of good restaurants, Great grocery store, all minutes away. Spacious living, In-Law unit located below my home. Separate and completely private. Patio, yard, parking and entry door, all private and separate. Gated security. Sheep and Tortoises live here. Welcome to visit them. I can provide treats to feed.

Suitable for all seasons but backyard river-lounging in the warmer months may take the cake. 25 minutes from Sierra at Tahoe and 40 minutes to Heavenly in South Lake Tahoe for you skiers + boarders. After pouring our heart and soul into this home, we hope the property draws the same emotional response from you all as it does for us!

Casita in Wine Country

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The hosts live on sight but enjoy sharing their beautiful view from this separate Casita. There is a fun 1 mile hike on the property. Only 5-10 minute drive to local wineries. The quaint town of Plymouth is a 10 minute drive which hosts Taste, a 5 Star restaurant. Black Chasm Caverns is a 30 minute drive as well as Jackson Rancheria Casino. Kirkwood Skiing is an hour drive. We have a Tesla charging station for an additional $20 a night.

We are Self-Catered but with lite breakfast items & snacks available. Better yet, a short 2 block walk & you can explore Old Town shops & eateries. Every detail was delightfully planned in this restored historical cottage. Built as part of the original Hassler Homestead circa late 1800's. The original miners shack was fully renovated by a designer/builder team to create this creek side escape. This 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom retreat is located in the heart of Apple Hill within walking distance to Barsotti's, Delfino Farms and Lava Cap Winery. Immerse yourself in the tranquil, creek side setting as you relax in the private hot tub.

ChucKelli Farm Cottage

Escape to our cozy cottage, nestled on two beautifully maintained acres shared with the main house. This charming, standalone retreat offers the perfect place to unwind. The property features over 60 fruit trees and a few pets—giving it a peaceful, country feel. The fully fenced property offers privacy and security with a gated entrance and code. We can accommodate up to two vehicles. We are near the heart of Placerville. We’re animal lovers and welcome your well-behaved pets.

This hosted rental is the perfect little getaway in the country. It is located on a mini farm complete with goats, chickens, dogs and a huge garden that you will have access to and is close to ALL the outdoor activities you can think of including hiking, mountain biking, river rafting, hunting and more. We are minutes from world famous trails, 10 minutes from the river, and an hour from the ski slopes. There is just so much to do right outside of our doors!
