Renta de alojamientos vacacionales con acceso a la playa en Eixample

Fui con mi esposa por primera vez a Barcelona y Mik nos recibio amablemente, siempre se mostraba muy predispuesto a ayudarnos en lo que fuera necesario. Nos sentimos muy a gusto con el. Nos Daba muchas recomendaciones sobre bares, restaurantes, etc. si teniamos alguna duda nos respondia siempre muy puntual. Nos dio la bienvenida con un detalle como una botella de vino de regalo y unas galletitas. El lugar es muy tranquilo, seguro, muy ordenado, espacioso y limpio tal como se ve en las fotos. De muy facil acceso al metro, tranvia ( a pocas estaciones tienen la Sagrada familia) y el shopping diagonal del mar ( pueden ir caminando esta a 3/4 cuadras) tambien tienen Mercadona cerca y otros supermercados. Es una persona que te da confianza, sin duda volveriamos. Gracias Mik por habernos hecho sentir muy comodos. Saludos desde Buenos Aires, Argentina. Gabriela y Gustavo.

Tolle und saubere Wohnung! Alles vorhanden, was es braucht. Wir waren drei Paare und ein Kleinkind. Beim Check-In wurden wir herzlich empfangen. In der Nähe hat es viele Restaurants, Cafés, den Strand und die Metro-Station, alles gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Nachts war es total ruhig.

L’appartement est super si vous souhaitez passer qql jours à Barcelone, avec la plage et les boites de nuit du port olympique à proximité. Il est très calme, lumineux, traversant, au dernier étage (avec ascenseur), confortable avec ces deux salles d’eau (avec deux toilettes). Très pratique aussi, la possibilité de louer (en sus) une place de parking en sous-sol avec accès direct par l’ascenseur. Très bon accueil et communication!

Wir sagen Danke für die tollen Tage in Barcelona. Es hat alles super funktioniert: Check-in und -out war perfekt. Die Beschreibung der Wohnung war vollumfänglich zutreffend. Öffentlicher Nahverkehr in 2 Minuten erreichbar, der riesige Supermarkt in 3 Minuten. Auf Fragen hat Guillermo immer sofort und sehr hilfreich geantwortet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden sofort wiederkommen. Danke

We’d like to extend a big thank you to Carmen and Alex for being such amazing hosts. They truly went above and beyond to answer our questions and ensure our stay was as enjoyable as possible. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated (we loved the seaside theme!), very clean, and incredibly comfortable—a perfect place to relax. The views of the marina and beach were stunning. We’d absolutely recommend this place to families or groups of friends. Everything you could need was provided, from a dishwasher and a cute little laundry room to a handy coffee machine. We’d love to come back—10/10!😊

Merci Mo pour votre accueil. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Barcelone. Le logement est propre, calme, la terrasse apaisante. Le bus et le métro a proximité. Quelques restaurants aux alentours, dont le Clorofila parfait après une après-midi à la plage : 5 min à pied. Je recommande vivement avec les cadeaux d'arrivée : boissons au frais, pain, jambon et fromage et le nécessaire pour le petit déjeuner. Je recommande vivement cet endroit.

Thank you, thank you, thank you! Miguel and Joana are lovely people and their home was perfect. We had a few questions about our surroundings and our messages we received and returned very quickly. We had a very early flight the morning we left and Miguel even helped secure a pre order taxi for us. My wife and I met one of our closest friends in Barcelona and taxied to Badalona (a much easier process than I had expected). We were met at at the home by Miguel and Jonah and they gave us a personal tour. The house was perfect for us as it had lots of space for us and was exactly as advertised. The house itself was very clean and we could not get enough of the amazingly designed kitchen/ dining room with huge sliding doors that opened up to an outdoor space that was perfect for all times of day.. The location of this home was one of our favorite things about our trip. There are so many little markets and shops all around in pretty much any direction and the beaches are incredible. 😀

Rolf's and Mok's place is amazing. It is a 30 min drive from BCN, but you will stay in a calm, peaceful, and rural home in a lovely village. The house is spacious, modern, and has all facilities you need. There are some farm animals around, and a kind and sweet dog who occasionally drops by to say hello. We will definitely come back!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Trude et Miguel. Ils sont très accueillants, prévenants, disponibles et de très bons conseils. Le logement est très bien équipé, au calme. Nous avons pu déguster la paella cuite au feu de bois et quelques Tapas de Miguel le dernier soir... merveilleux souvenir pour nos papilles. Si nous revenons à Barcelone il est certain que nous réserverons cette pépite à l'abri de la foule.

We really enjoyed our stay! The area was quiet but also perfect walking distance to a sweet bakery and local and delicious fresh fruit and vegetable shop. The yard was also very beautiful and the kids loved feeding the turtles :). Note that there is a daily washer/dryer charge if you choose to use it and also some food essentials which we have had at other airbnbs were not supplied here so it’s good to grab basics before arriving if needed.

A fabulous five week stay at this beautiful, tasteful and well equipped home. Josep, Irene and Laura could not have been more helpful, reccomending shops, bars, local activities, and transport options. The only issue we had was a storm taking out the internet, but when reported Irene was there within five minutes to fix, and it was actually upgraded before we left. We had a couple of accidental breakages and while we offered to pay, Josep was very gracious, he is a fantastic host. We were able to take our two dogs on the trip and the garden was enclosed and safe with a beautiful park (including fenced dog area) five minutes walk away. El Masnou is a chilled and friendly town and Joseph’s place is super handy for everything. Beautiful beach, the station to go to BCN, bars, shops, supermarket. Because everything is on your doorstep, we only visited BCN for specific sightseeing, I was really happy in El Masnou. Wish we could have stayed longer! Thanks Josep, Irene and Laura!

We had an amazing experience staying at Manel and Jordi’s place in Barcelona! The place truly felt like home, with a fully equipped kitchen that had everything we needed for a family of 3. The location was perfect - the beach and many attractions were within walking distance, and there were plenty of good restaurants nearby. Manel and Jordi were fabulous hosts who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Barcelona. We will definitely be staying here again on my next visit!

Wir waren zu siebt in Barcelona und alle waren super zufrieden. Es gab eine super freundliche und unkomplizierte Kommunikation. Obwohl wir erst am späten Abend angereist sind und sehr früh unser Rückflug ging, war Check-In und Check-Out kein Problem. Wir haben noch einen super Tipp für ein passendes Lokal in der Nähe bekommen, in welchen wir den Geburtstag unseres Sohns sehr schön feiern konnten. Die Lage ist perfekt, weil vieles gut zu Fuß erreichbar war und Bus und Metro direkt vor der Tür halten. Für uns eine klare 10 von 10 👍

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft mit unseren zwei Kindern. Die Lage ist super – in einer schönen, ruhigen Gegend, aber trotzdem nah an der Metro, sodass man schnell überall hinkommt. In der Umgebung gibt es viele Spielplätze, was für unsere Kinder perfekt war. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden definitiv wiederkommen!

Guillermo es un gran anfitrión, muy servicial, respondió a mis requerimientos con mucha amabilidad, no tuvimos ningún inconveniente, el apartamento contaba con todas las comodidades. Muchas gracias por recibirnos

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf. Het appartement was proper en ruim, precies zoals beschreven. Het was rustig en centraal gelegen en er was een metrostation op 20m. Claudio was heel behulpzaam en gaf ons tips voor activiteiten en restaurants. Wij kunnen deze accomodatie zeker aanraden.

Heerlijke tijd gehad in het mooie appartement. Strand tegenover en met de trein snel in de stad Barcelona. Dank je Lluis!

Our family of four had a wonderful stay at Luis’ place. Perfectly located close to plenty of cafes and restaurants, Avenue Diagonal for a variety of shopping options, and within walking distance of some local attractions. The accommodation is spacious, well maintained and had all the essentials needed for our stay. Luis is a gracious host and was there to receive us, and ensured we had what we needed for our stay. We would gladly stay here again if we visited Barcelona!
