We enjoyed our stay! The view of the lake was beautiful each morning. Great to sit in the screened in porch while having coffee and at the end of the day! Jeremy left us with lots of extras and was very responsive from start to finish. We had fun playing pool and basketball. We were 8 minutes away from where our son lives. We will rent the house again when we are back visiting! Thanks, D

Tina’s house was amazing! The inside was clean and had everything you could think of if you forgot something. Backyard was fully fenced, so pet friendly. Pool, hot tub and tiki bar area was beautifully designed. A lot of detail went into making that an oasis. The neighborhood was quiet and serene. Walking distance to restaurants, bars and lakes. Would definitely come back if I am ever traveling in that area again.

Sandra’s place was as beautiful as the pictures. So comfortable, peaceful and just the perfect size for 2 people. We would stay again.

We really enjoyed staying at Dee’s place for Christmas that we are already discussing coming back for the summer! We didn’t think exactly how we were going to pull off a Christmas tree for Santa to bring presents to our 4yr old, but Dee informed us that they had an artificial tree with ornaments in the garage!! It was extremely easy to put up and take down. This house is in a great location, close enough for early fishing charters out of St. Augustine. Also surrounded by a good selection of golf courses to choose from. The house was very clean! We had zero issues during our stay. The pool was well heated and was able to keep up even with the very cold temperatures we had. The hot tub was very clean. We didn’t get to enjoy the pier and pond as much as we wanted due to the weather but any chance we did get out there was very enjoyable.

Carla’s home is the perfect place to stay in New Smyrna. It is very clean and spacious with 3 spread out bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed and the touches in the home were great. There are mirrors and tissue boxes in bedrooms, well supplied toiletries, paper towels and pantry items. The pool and hot tub were a great feature. Very clean and inviting. A 2 minute walk to the beach and less than 5 to Flagler Ave with the restaurants and shopping. Excellent location on a quiet street. Highly recommend this place.

Beautiful, quiet cottage overlooking a gorgeous garden area! Wonderful location near everything in NSB but tucked away from the hustle and bustle.

We stayed from March 8 through April 5. Condo was very clean. Everything worked. Close to pool & beach access. Great place. Highly recommended. Thanks Bob

A very comfortable and welcoming place. Keely was an amazing host - super responsive always! The place was so clean and beautifully decorated with such attention to detail. There were snacks, chocolates and even some waters in the fridge. We were able to sit poolside and relax before we returned into our guesthouse to play cards for the night. We plan to stay here again.

My family and I stayed here visiting family that live in town. There were 13 of us total ranging in ages from 70’s to infant. The house was absolutely perfect for every member of our family! The place was exactly as described, clean, and comfortable! It was fully stocked to make us feel right at home. We did not have any issues with our stay and if in town again we would definitely pick to stay here again. 10/10 recommended!
