Stayed here a few times- it’s just the most lovely house, spacious with gorgeous bathrooms and comfy bedroom the pool is incredible.

A stunning cottage, very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable and lovely stay away from home. The hot tub was a fantastic addition and a fun activity for a cold and miserable winters day. Liz was very helpful and a wonderful host. Thank you for a great stay!

Lovely stay, great location and hot tub. We saw a herd of 12 deer walk across the adjacent field whilst relaxing in the evening. Very welcoming host who accommodated a late arrival too 👍

I’ve ever stayed in. From start to finish, George and Sara were incredible hosts — warm, responsive, and genuinely thoughtful. The home itself is stunning, immaculately clean, and filled with everything you could need to feel comfortable and relaxed. You can tell a lot of care has gone into both the space and the experience they’ve created. The location is peaceful and beautiful — perfect for a family getaway. This place covers all the bases for a great stay for a big family get together! Excellent communications, nice welcome and then all the things to keep three families from ages 3-16 entertained. Private pool great, Games Room great, Hot Tub was spot on and actually hot (unlike so many that aren't)! Sauna probably needs some renovation love. Bedrooms great, enough space. Devonshire Arms nice food, Halfway House nice beer and vibes. All the ingredients for a place to kick back and have some much needed family time. Highly recommend!

My friends and I had a fantastic time at Lisa and Tim’s place! Beautiful private surroundings and gorgeous, modern, clean Airbnb! They let us check out late which was very kind and were very helpful with any questions we had! They also left a lovely welcome pack including gluten free goodies as one of our party is coeliac! Would highly recommend!

Emilie is a wonderful host and actually accepted our booking at the last minute when we were let down by another host. She saved our holiday! The house is absolutely stunning and without a doubt the most beautiful property we’ve stayed in here in Teignmouth, and we’ve been staying for twenty five years! The house is very large and beautifully clean. The decor is stunning and very thoughtfully considered. Everything is here that you could possibly need for a very wonderful stay. The coffee is delicious! There is something here for everyone. My 19 and 15yo sons played pool pretty much non stop as it rained from the moment we arrived. My daughter loved the cinema room! I don’t know what we’d have done without this wonderful home as we couldn’t do anything outside! The house is spotlessly clean and the beds are the most comfy I think we’ve ever slept in! This house would be perfect for a big family and I would recommend booking it if you need a big property as you won’t find better!

WOW! This is the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in! If you’re staying in Glastonbury but want a peaceful place to stay (which is ten mins from the walk to the Tor) just book it ! The house is absolutely stunning but we spent most of the time in the garden which is out of this world and very private. The hot tub was a huge bonus after a trip into town to relax away from the crowds – Sophie has made her home so welcoming & its perfect for a group. The beds are so comfy and all you can hear is birdsong each morning – its is so gorgeous and tranquil. The location couldn’t have been better – we went into town to eat (Queen of Cups is fab) one night but stayed ‘home’ for the rest of the time. Chalice Well & White Springs also within walking distance (down dirt track). Celebrated my 50th here and from start to finish it was the perfect weekend. Thanks so much Sophie. A beautiful place with lots of space . We went over Easter with 9 adults 2 children and 2 dogs . The property is very spacious and all the bedrooms are a good size . The downstairs games room is huge fun :) The location is excellent with a cable car to get down to the beach and lots of pubs / restaurants very close to the house . Torquay Marina is a 10 minute drive but well worth it . We had fun crabbing at the Marina and a superb roast lunch in Twenty one . Simon and Charlie were excellent hosts and answered any queries very quickly . Highly recommend this property.

Had a wonderful time. The place felt very secluded with amazing amenities and stunning sea view. Neil was very friendly and helpful too and even left us chocolates and champagne to help us celebrate a special occasion. Would love to stay here again sometime.

Lovely few days away in a small complex of lodges, staff on site very approachable and a very short distance to the lake. The cafe and restaurant didn’t seem that inviting and very quiet for Easter but that’s no reflection on Roz place. We enjoyed the hot tub unfortunately we weren’t able to use the outside lounging area due to weather being mixed. We enjoyed travelling to Bude (beautiful place) and we enjoy going to strawberry fields farm and coffee shop. The site is very peaceful and the lodges are set out so everyone is well spaced out and Roz has a lovely position overlooking the field (no animals currently). My husband used the gym once which was handy. Thanks for a nice few days

The Villa was amazing! The hot tub, sauna, and bonfire were great features of the house, which my 7 friends and I enjoyed during our stay. The hosts were very friendly and responsive to messages, and ensured we felt right at home as soon as we arrived. The only issues we ran into during our stay was that coffee machine was very temperamental, and the skylight in the double room upstairs had no blind so as soon as the sun rose at around 5am it was hard to get back to sleep.

WOW!! - Foxgloves Retreat is a truly magical place. As a family of 3, we have just returned from an Easter break and it was simply unbeatable. We were so well looked after from the minute we booked and arrived. Stella and Trevor were incredibly friendly, helpful and went the extra mile to ensure our stay was fantastic. The house is absolutely stunning, beautifully designed, exceptionally well maintained and cosy too. Views over the parkland were really special - the colours, the local community enjoying themselves, lots of very happy waggly tails and birdsong. The garden is magnificent - the well manicured plants, colours and wildlife were captivating. Loved the escapism it offered, so private and extensive - great for exploring & hide and seek! The hot tub is huge, the views out were mesmerising and the sauna was a real treat after a busy day spent walking the beautiful and easily accessible coast path. Cannot wait to return in August. Thank you so much for letting us stay!

A perfect place for our family get together. The 2 year old was delighted with toys to play with. The 20 somethings and 30 somethings loved the pool table and the hot tub. The oldies liked the peaceful surroundings and the views. The dogs loved the garden. We all loved the beautiful house, comfortable accommodation and the warmth from the AGA in the kitchen. And a bit of mystery and a secret.....all I will say is Smugglers' Top

Comfort Hill was the perfect spot to celebrate my 35th birthday with my family of 8 - including a baby, an infant, and a dog! The villa has chill vibes, plenty of space, and the owners were super friendly and helpful. Ideal for a big family getaway.

What an amazing stay, scenic location , great attention to detail in the shepherds huts with everything you require for a stay. The whole experience exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be back again. Peter the host went above and beyond to ensure our stay was one to remember .. A true gem in the rolling hills or Somerset.

Me and my partner have just finished our stay with alpine grove and would highly recommend visiting. We stayed in the woodpecker lodge and from the log burner to the hot tub everything about this lodge was perfect, Kieth and Serena service is amazing and we can’t wait to visit again soon. I would highly recommend staying here. Everything was clean and tidy and it was easy to get to. We loved the recommendation of places to go that were left for us to read. Our dogs enjoyed the treats left for them, I felt this was a really nice touch. Although we went out to adventure each day it was a perfect and peaceful place to unwind at in the evening. Hot tub is always an added bonus. It was really clean and easy to use. Can’t wait to stay again!

We stayed a few days for our honeymoon. Our arrival was a bit chaotic as the host was there trying to fit a bbq but they left swiftly enough and we were free to enjoy our stay. The location was perfect, so great to be fully immersed in nature especially with a hot tub too. We really enjoyed being woken by the sunrise each day. The hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive to our questions and requests. I would say that the cabin could do with a few personal touches like blankets, washing powder, basic supplies in the fridge upon arrival considering the price range I thought it was unusual for these not to be included. Overall we had such an incredibly special stay and will be back soon. Thanks to the hosts ☺️

This was our third time staying at Torvale and we loved it! The place was easy to find and get into, it was clean and tidy, and we were given some lovely welcome treats to make the holiday extra special. The facilities are fantastic - the hot tub is a particular favourite - and we always love how private and comfortable Torvale is. The hosts are also great - always helpful, easy to contact and very welcoming. Can't recommend enough!

Nice relaxing space very private and peaceful, host gave up many of recommendations, there’s a Tesco’s 5 mins drive away, if your fancying a takeaway while staying there, the Chinese red panda is amazing, the views from the hot tub was breathtaking I would definitely highly recommend staying here!

Stayed for 3 nights in the cabin. Hosts Rob & Corin were very friendly & helpful. The cabin is in a private garden, which is beautifully maintained, peaceful, with great views. The cabin has everything you need for a fabulous break, lovely log fire & the hot tub makes it extra special, so relaxing just watching the birds on the feeder& listening to the cows & sheep in the local fields. Will definitely return & will recommend to friends.
