Fantastic place to stay! Our family loved every second and was even more wonderful than what we were expecting especially as this was booked for a surprise birthday weekend away. The place was amazing!! Very private, great responses from Kevin and his daughter Jasmine they were very friendly. Bed was super comfy and lots of storage if you are planning to stay for a week/longer. We will definitely be coming again. The hot tub was a bonus and explained very clearly how to use it! Super flexible check in time!

We loved our stay. Matthew was so helpful when we couldn’t work out how to use the hoist and came straight away. A really beautiful house perfect for our family gathering, and accommodated all my Dad’s needs in a wheelchair. It has been lovingly built. Nice and warm. Even had toys for the children to play with, and they loved the bunk beds. Beautiful place and if we come back to the area, we’d definitely stay again. Great base to explore locally, and also day trips to Exeter, Weymouth and RHS Rosemoor. Thank you Matthew!

David's place was so peaceful, tucked in the back garden with the birds and trees. It's an easy walk into town and also accessible by bus and train. It had everything I needed for a comfortable short stay.

We were welcomed on arrival by Deborah's husband Doug. Deborah had kindly left us milk in the fridge and something sweet to have with our first cup of tea. The property itself was well equipped with everything you need for a self catering stay and the heating, which we needed a couple of mornings, was easy to use and warmed up quickly. There was a problem with connecting to the WiFi which Doug rectified quickly. The location was very good for walking the Exe Coast Path and was about a mile from the town centre and a mile and a half to the beach. The property is on a busy road so care needs to be taken when pulling on and off the drive, but there is no road noise in the bungalow. Overall, an enjoyable stay.

Tina was an amazing host. Very welcoming, helpful, friendly, proactive in her communication and is at the end of the phone if you needed her. The welcome guide was very detailed and included some fantastic recommendations along with all you needed to know about the apartment. The apartment was just so lovely and we felt very at home. A fantastic location to explore Exeter and very comfortable with superb facilities and equipment. The car parking space was a great bonus and everything was very secure. We loved our stay and I am already looking at dates to rebook. Thank you Tina for sharing your wonderful apartment with us.

I had the perfect stay at Andrea’s studio. Andrea was very friendly and communicative and provided all the information needed for a smooth visit. The studio was just as described and for a solo visit, it had everything I needed for a relaxing and safe stay. The studio was given lovely little touches of fresh flowers and a home made cake which was delicious! The surroundings were beautiful and peaceful, with lots of nature to look out upon, including the sheep as neighbours and her very friendly dogs. I would definitely come back and visit again.

Lovely get away — picture perfect views! We loved every moment of this trip together, tucked away in the country Odle farm is a sweet escape with lots of attractions in all directions. Bird watching in the morning and stargazing at night, a routine we naturally developed. Stunning all around! We had everything we needed from the start with lovely touches like fresh flowers and a welcome pack on our arrival. A big comfy bed, hot tub, walk-in shower and reclining chairs made living here very easy. Karen was friendly when she greeted us and was great with communication. Would recommend this cottage to couples who need an escape from the monotonous! Thank you for having us! A minor note — the wifi was unreliable sometimes, this wouldn’t oppose much of an issue for the general user.
