This pretty mid-terraced house is a half hour walk through a beautiful nature reserve to Budleigh Salterton, with its beach, the coast path and amenities. The cottage has two bedrooms -the double (with shower room) and a single. The sitting room, well equipped kitchen and bathroom are downstairs.

The village has all essential amenities on your doorstep from Otterton mill, kings arms pub and a local shop.

Boathouse - Budleigh Salterton

This is a small annex which is set away from the host’s main house. The annex has recently been refurbished to a high standard to ensure a comfortable stay. The annex has an attached bathroom with hot shower, toilet and sink. This has also recently been revamped. Please note that there is not a kitchen area, but there are some nice restaurants and takeaways not far away which I can direct you to. There is tea/coffee making facilities provided.
