Several adult family members and I were in town for a wedding. Though we don’t live this way any longer, we grew up about 10min away from this house so are very familiar with the neighborhood. The house itself is tucked back into a residential area, but is on a main secondary road so be prepared for a little bit of fun getting in and out. Place was clean, spacious, and the host was very responsive to the one small issue we had. Keeping this place on the short list for future hometown visits.

Maggie’s house was perfect for our family getaway! You can’t beat this location. It was a quick walk to Eastern Market metro and tons of local shopping/dining options, yet the street was peaceful and quiet. We were able to spread out and relax as a family of three with two dogs. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. Maggie was responsive and helpful from booking and through our stay. 10/10, would book again.

Kyle was great and had great communication. He let us know about a broken hand rail on the stairs to the basement (there was one on both sides, so no issues). He had a handy man come and fix it during our stay, while we were out. Always responded to questions right away, like the TV didn't have netflix logged in like promised, but he offered to give me the login, I just used my own account. No issues there.

Beautiful Airbnb for the DC/Virigina area. Metro is walkable. Everything in the house was spotless and the linens/towels were all clean. The beds and bathroom were in great condition. They even included a cute welcome box with snacks and water. Will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home, inside and out! It’s in a great neighborhood and is convenient to get to DC sights. It was the perfect fit for our family of five and our dog! The home was very clean and provided all we needed and then some! Jon was clear in communication and quick to respond. Definitely recommend this home and would love to stay here again!

We were a three-generation family of 5 who had a truly great stay here. It was super clean and has character. We were happy for the coffee, ease of parking, and local places to go. Was so great to be in a lovely neighborhood that was a short drive to the National Mall. Nathan was helpful, friendly, and responsive. Kids loved the board games. Thank you so much for a fantastic DC trip!!

We had a great stay at this apartment with our family of 6 (4 kids 2 adults). The building is a short 10 minute walk to the metro and was a great home base for us during our trip to DC. The beds were extremely comfortable, better than many hotels I have stayed in by far! Place was VERY clean. When we first arrived in March it was really hot and the heater was running. I realized that I could not switch to the AC because the building controls the heat or AC settings. We turned off the heat and I opened windows because it was cool outside. I was thinking about buying some fans for circulation but found 4 large fans in the coat closet, which was amazing and just what we needed! We set the fans up and the rest of our stay was very comfortable. There are also space heaters in the closet for very cold nights. Very thoughtfully laid out space and great communicative host. She also provides a guidebook that helps answer questions about the space and amenities.

Berhane was a very gracious host. He was easily reached. Quick check in.. Very quiet. Spacious porch. The area is beautiful, as is the home. It is five minutes from the Glenstone museum, which is open Thursdays through Sunday. It is about 20 minutes from Chesapeake and Ohio Canal National Historic Park. It snowed while I was there with my dog. It was as if the snow made the home and its surroundings more peaceful. We enjoyed our stay Berhane.

I stayed at Will’s property for four nights in March 2025 with a group totaling nine people. Upon arrival, we found the property clean and free of clutter. The property was conveniently located within walking distance to Union Market and the metro, allowing for easy exploration of the greater DC area. Will was an exceptional host, demonstrating prompt, friendly, and professional communication throughout our stay. Will graciously accommodated an early check-in and late check-out, which gave my party extra time to explore the DC area before our departure. I would highly recommend this property for groups of 5-9 people and would gladly return if visiting the area again.

I cannot say enough about this property or Kenny. It was an extremely busy for me as it was my daughter’s wedding. Kenny made the check-in, stay, and check out easy for me, which is just what I needed. He checked on us frequently, but not too much. He was very responsive to a few questions that I had. The place was clean, well furnished, and a really fun area to stay in. I highly recommend Kenny and this property!

Jomeka’s place was clean and quiet. It’s conveniently located near 495 and public transportation and there are restaurants nearby. San Antonio Grill is right across the street and has delicious tacos. We will definitely stay here again.

The home made for an excellent stay! It's beautifully designed and decorated, down to every detail! Carlos was a great host, super fast communication and shared all the key details to make it a smooth visit. Highly recommend if you are looking to stay in the area.

Zoe’s place was absolutely fantastic! We also had the pleasure of meeting her and she was incredibly sweet and friendly. She provided fast communication and was very helpful with any questions. She provided easy check in and upon entering there was a beautiful little welcome sign with two cards to use for the Metro System — such a great and special touch for guests who don’t drive! The house was immaculately cleaned, and the whole place felt very fresh, and even the toilet paper had been folded into a cute little bow! The beds were extremely comfortable and it was so quiet at night which was such a wonderful thing especially with two autistic children. They felt right at home! The gem on top of it all was the provided use of laundry facilities for us to wash the kids clothes after traveling through DC all day being full of spills and food! I would absolutely return here and stay again. If I could rate this 10 stars I absolutely would! Thank you again Zoe!

This was our second time staying at Kris’ place and it was just as lovely as the first time. The space is wonderful for what we need it for and has anything you could possibly need plus you don’t have to go far for groceries or to get to national harbor for events. Kris was very responsive and would go above and beyond to make sure we were able to feel comfortable and have what we needed! We will definitely be back again!

Jillian’s apartment was just what I needed for a quick stay in DC. The place was clean and had everything I needed. I didn’t do any cooking there but there was a nice coffee maker. Bed was comfortable and so was the TV room with a good couch. It is a basement apartment so there isn’t much in the way of windows or natural light, but I didn’t spend any time in the day there. Also keep in mind it is a solid 15-minute walk to the metro, so I ended up mostly getting an Uber to downtown (which was easy). Overall, a great spot for a short visit to DC!

The studio was very cute it was perfect for our weekend getaway. The location made it easy to use public transportation.

Beautiful place! Very rustic feel but so nice. Everything was very comfortable, and in a good, safe location. Large TV and couch space was nice to relax as well. Would highly recommend!
