We had an amazing, much needed vacation. The house was beautiful and had all the amenities needed to make it feel just like home. The attention to detail was spot on.. Chris gave us so many ideas and suggestions on things to do in the area. The pool was a hit with the kids. Chris was super quick at responding to questions and even sent videos on how to do things with the pool. We will definitely be back! The beaches are so beautiful and at low tides exploring was a lot of fun. We saw stingrays, crabs, jelly fish and tons of live sand dollars (that we left alone, please don’t take them if they are alive)… This was our first time on St. Simon Island and we fell in love.

My family and I found this house largely by chance when we decided on a place to stay on vacation, and we were so thrilled with it that we booked our vacation here next year before we’d even checked out this time! The house and location were beautiful, and everyone (including our kids and VERY energetic German shepherd) had plenty of room and fun activities to do. Kat is a fantastic host! Before we’d even arrived, she sent us messages with recommendations for things to do in the area (which we checked out several during our time and all were well worth it!!). She also was very responsive to any questions we had - right down to a fabulous recommendation for a local massage to treat a muscle strain in my shoulder. She was an incredibly gracious and kind host. We felt right at home here and were sad to leave - and already excited to come back next vacation to what feels like a home away from home. What a beautiful home and property as described and more than we expected. Darlene was fantastic, pleasant and communicated quickly and was responsive. The home had everything you needed from towels, linens, bath supplies, kitchen ware, spices - it truly felt like home away from home including her attention to detail in decor. The home was convenient to the Village, beach and included a golf cart, which we enjoyed taking to local eateries. We enjoyed the hot tub and was pet friendly, which we always include taking our fur babies to make wonderful family memories. Thank you, Darlene!

We booked this home many months in advance for a wedding on St. Simons Island. We got more and more excited as the weekend approach. Still, this house (especially its location) to the wedding site exceeded our expectations. For our family, it was a perfect fit and very comfortable!

Enjoyed our stay place was close to everything and neighborhood was quiet

Mary made us feel right at home! Her place was incredible, it had everything we needed to enjoy a long weekend on the island for my son’s wedding. We appreciate the welcome note and the bottle of wine and doggie treats. She really went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed.

The place was really nice, and having the bikes and the beach gear is super helpful; however, a number of the bikes had issues and were not able to be used (Brandon was responsive and had someone work on them within a day or two). My son repaired 1-2 bikes himself. Also, the place says that it has a fire pit and a grill, both of which factored into our decision to stay here, but nowhere did we see in the listing that we'd have to buy the propane for these in order to use them. That was disappointing. Who would use an entire tank in a week?! Despite these issues, we had a great stay, and the airbnb is well stocked, esp in the kitchen!

Everything was good and Mark was good with quick communications. Would come back again for sure.

Rose & Stacie, are fantastic AirB&B hosts. The Carriage House on 1200 Union was better than advertised. Clean, comfy, peaceful, and excellent proximity to beautiful Old Town Brunswick. The downtown shopping & Yellow Deli were a few blocks from the house. Proximity to the school and churches also made things feel very safe. Thank you for allowing me to stay at your wonderful property during the holidays. I'll be back again when I come to Brunswick to visit my family. Sincerely, Sean
