We needed a place for two couples to share in this location near South Point Mall, and it was 'a hidden gem' of a find for us all. Perfect for the week. The kitchen was very well stocked, loved the nice bed linens, bottled water provided, wide clean garage, nice bathrooms, backyard space to enjoy a fire pit. The hostess thought of everything for our comfort and was so responsive to any needs and prepared us so we could check in and enjoy an easy arrival and stay. If you want to rent a very comfortable family home, this is it! The pictures really don't do it justice, so go ahead with this recommendation to book with Robin.

A very nice house in a quiet subdivision. It is a close drive to all kinds of shopping and restaurants. Five of us adult males stayed there and were very comfortable. We enjoyed the full kitchen and the comfy living room. A good value for this area.

My friends and family all stayed here and our dogs had a wonderful time in the backyard with the fire pit and playing horseshoes. Inside was very comfortable felt just like at home. We all enjoyed our stay and we definitely Will come back when we go to another concert

We loved staying here while our home was being renovated. The neighborhood is great for long walks, and in an excellent location close to everything in the heart of Chapel Hill. The home is spacious and well laid out with comfy beds and everything you need for cooking. Sheila is so friendly and responsive, 5 stars all around!

A beautiful home and everybody wears able to have their own bedroom and bathroom which was a plus. The furniture was all very comfortable. I hope we can stay again!

Having lived in the area previously and visited regularly, this place was 100% worth the price. Not only was the location great and the price excellent but the hosts were accommodating and responsive. The host is incredibly responsive. It was a great location, easy to find and had a great walking path near it. The greenway walking paths are close and beautiful. The place was beautiful and cozy. I would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic stay- unit was well stocked and as described with everything I needed. Hosts were responsive and provided a lot of helpful information. Great area with a lot of activities. Especially enjoyed the balcony views and rooftop pool.

Stephen Is an excellent host. He thinks of everything and is very attentive and easy to communicate with. We felt right at home pretty much immediately and it is obvious Stephen enjoys others enjoying his space. The space is clean, nicely appointed, filled with interesting items to explore, and overall very comfortable. You are minutes from downtown but feel like you are in a quiet family neighborhood. If you are visiting Durham you can’t go wrong with this host. We are planning another trip in the fall to explore some of the kid friendly options in town and we will definitely be booking with Stephen again.

Incredible Mansion with PHENOMENAL amenities (Pool, Basketball Court, putting green, ping pong, billiards, and air hockey table. Serene location with a perfect screened huge patio with 100% backyard privacy in a neighborhood with only multi million dollar homes. Not sure you could ever rent this much square footage for anywhere near the price. Wilson is the best host with everything you need for a great vacation. Thank you Wilson. You made our daughter’s college graduation week!

Beautiful home in convenient location to uptown Durham and RDU airport. Villa Rojo was comfortable and very attractive. Would definitely book again.
