We had a wonderful stay at this house for a week. Everything was exceptionally clean, private, and comfortable. The house is warm, cozy, bright, and well-designed, with more than enough amenities for a relaxing stay. It’s also conveniently located, with easy access, a nearby bus stop, and a large parking area on the property. Special thanks to the host and her representatives for always being available, promptly addressing the heating issue, and making check-in smooth and quick. There was a minor issue with a leaking radiator, and I hope the host will be able to resolve it soon. Overall, everything was great, and we highly recommend this place. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Amazing peaceful place surrounded by nature. Irena & Aleksandar are great hosts and everything you need they will help you. Hopefully I will come back soon. Very accurate description of the place. Anything I needed Irena & Aleksandar helped straight away. Definitely recommend !

Odličan smeštaj, uzivali smo iako smo bili baš kratko. Lokacija je dobra, blizu centra. Stan udoban, čist, stvarno je osećaj kao da ste kod kuće. Odlično je opremljen, ima sve što pomislite. Izuzetan smestaj, čist, uredan, mirišljav. U njemu se nalazi sve što vam je potrebno, počev od sudova, peškira i lične higijene. Prelep dnevni boravak sa trpezarijom, spavaća soba, manja kuhinja i prelepo čisto kupatilo. Garaža za automobile na nivou ispod je obazbeđena. Domaćin Marija je izuzetna žena, spremna da pomogne i izađe u susret za sve. Najviše nam je pomogla svojim savetima , predlozima i ljubaznošću. It was a pleasant stay, the pictures don't do justice the house. It's really pretty and has all necessary things: towels, cooking supplies, air conditioner, etc. We also enjoyed a pool on the territory and rode around a lot to see beautiful spots.

Marija is an amazing host! Her place is filled with love and peace, making it a truly special stay. I especially appreciated the thoughtful notebook with recommendations and instructions—it added a personal touch that made everything even easier. The home itself is cozy and comfortable. The only thing I couldn’t find was an electric kettle, but there were good alternatives, so it wasn’t a problem at all. The surrounding area is beautiful and peaceful—definitely take some time to walk around and explore. And a special thanks for the basketball playground—it was such a great bonus! Would absolutely stay here again!

Great little place to spend a few nights with a romantic partner. Highly recommend it! We will be returning for sure. Hosts were very helpful and quick to respond as well which is important for places like these, and not something you always find.

A Lovely Modern House in Kosmaj for Dog/Cat Lovers

Beautiful weekend getaway at Kosmaj not far from the Spomenik. We have spend wonderful two nights there resting and enjoying the view. Would definitely visit this place again. In winter, if it's snowy please make sure you have proper winter tyres as some roads can be covered with ice in the morning.

We stayed for almost two months with four kids, our nanny and grandparents and this was a truly great place for our vacation. The house has everything you may need and the hosts are very responsive and friendly. We definitely recommend!
