I would recommend this home for everyone if you’d love a beautiful getaway. Walking distance to some nice trails and very peaceful and quiet.

Wow! Fantastic place all around. Easy check in, great location and cutest place with everything you could possibly need and more. We enjoyed the comfy beds and hot tub. Can't wait to book again.

The layout of Holland House was perfect for our family. 2 Master suites provided privacy for grandparents and parents while a children's wing provided space for 3 teens. The common space was large enough to accommodate everyone for dinner and games. Really enjoyed having this space after traveling the great state of AZ for a week in a van! Host was very responsive to our needs - especially when we had a dead battery and even the across the street neighbor pitched in to get kids and grandkids on their way to the Snowbowl!

Large four bedroom house near hiking and biking trails. Well maintained - everything works. Heater keeps a constant temperature - very comfortable day and night. New refrigerator keeps food fresh. Beautiful views of the mountains.

Our family of seven had a wonderful stay. We felt at home as soon as we arrived. I appreciated the cleanliness (I am very particular about this) and the amenities provided. Our family consisted of myself, my husband, our three kids ages 12, 10, and 7, and grandparents. Grand Canyon and Sedona are about an hour and fifteen minutes from the house in opposite direction. Groceries and restaurants are conveniently located within 15 minutes. We were initially thinking of staying at Williams but are so glad that we ended up at Flagstaff, esp. at Andrew’s place. We would love to return again!

Had an amazing stay! The house was beautiful, comfortable and super clean. The house was stocked with everything we could possibly need for our stay and we were provided with detailed instructions on how to access and operate the house. Walkable to a few restaurants and only a few minutes drive to downtown. Would absolutely stay here again!

We loved our stay at Clara’s place! It was in a beautiful area, easy access, and fit our family of 6 perfectly. The pool table, and ping pong kept our kids busy during most of our stay. The house was inviting, clean, and cozy. The kitchen was very well stocked! The only complaint I have is there were a few dishes that had clearly been put away dirty. Other than that everything was wonderful! The hot tub was so nice to relax in. We will stay again for sure!

Our stay at this Airbnb in Sedona was nothing short of perfect! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking red rock views, peaceful surroundings, and the thoughtful touches throughout the home. The location was idea, just minutes from hiking trails, great restaurants, and all that Sedona has to offer while still feeling private and tranquil. Our host was fantastic, providing excellent communication, local recommendations, and ensuring everything was perfect.

The house was great with lots to do! Hot tub was always hot and games were fun!

Thoroughly enjoyed our second time at this house. Only negative this time was the fireplace wasn’t working and wasn’t able to be looked at during our stay.

My family (toddler, dogs and all!) stayed at Lorri’s place over Christmas and it was perfect! My three year old loved all the kids toys that were available and the rest of us had all we needed in terms of space and amenities! The location is also extremely convenient being directly across the stress from Whole Foods and foot steps away from several different restaurants. Highly recommend!

This place was amazing. The house provides unbelievable views of the red rocks, and it’s walkable to all the uptown shops and restaurants! The pictures can’t fully convey the peaceful and cozy feeling you get when you walk inside. Oh, and it was spotless and very well-equipped. Beds were comfy, too!

Stepping out the front door to the breathtaking view of Thunder Mountain could not have been beat. The house was clean, incredibly spacious and had everything we needed - and more - to feel at home. The house is close enough to stores and shops but in a nice tucked away neighborhood that is so quiet and beautiful - It's a gem!

Happy with this stay! It was comfortable and cozy and perfect for what we needed for a few days in Flagstaff and a trip to the Grand Canyon.

Cute and cozy cabin. Surroundings are beautiful. The pond, the bridge, outdoor kitchen area, multiple seating areas where you can sit and read a book or just enjoy the view…. I absolutely loved it all. If you have dogs, this will be heaven for them

Great location with a solid selection of walking trails right down the road. Can get some glorious red rock views right in your backyard/right outside the house. Most of the “hotspots” in Sedona have very limited parking so I really enjoyed being able to head out on foot from the house and leave the car behind. You can see the selection of trails in the area on Google maps. Great size house, perfect for 6 people/3 couples.

Nice and clean place to stay with family.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house had everything we needed, was well-stocked with kitchen tools & other household items. The rooms were all spacious with lots of storage. Beds were comfortable! Pool area was great. The view of the red rocks from the living room & patio was fantastic! The location was great too- quiet but just a short drive to uptown (traffic but we were there during spring break so it was expected!) & close to several trailheads. We'd definitely consider staying again if we visit Sedona!

Hamilton was responsive, we all enjoyed our stay and loved the views from the balcony. The country club was also really helpful. We don’t have a car so we relied on Ubers, which are a little bit difficult late on in the night but that’s nothing to do with the place. We got delivery food each day and it was cheap and really yummy. The living area was nice and cozy

Great location to explore the area from. Clean place, friendly resort staff, and safe and comfortable location.

Great location. Resort was fun. Kids loved the mini golf, pool, hot tub. Place as expected even had small in unit laundry and had detergent. All linens and beds were comfortable. My kids thought the sofa sleeper was much more comfortable than hotel roll a ways so worked for us. Had 2 full baths so worked perfectly Host was responsive.

My wife, daughters, and I really enjoyed our time here. We decided to spend Christmas in Flagstaff, and we couldn't have picked a better place and better host to stay while on vacation; It is such a big deal for us to spend it by ourselves, but Rick's place just made us feel like we were at home. My husband and I loved this home for our babymoon. The views were fantastic to wake up to, we enjoyed the hot tub while it was off during the day, the bed was very comfortable. We met the owner and he was very friendly! Perfect location- short drive to alot of popular hikes and we loved west sedona restaruants!
