Beautiful clean apartment. The view was amazing. Quiet neighbors. Bed was very firm innerspring mattress. Pillows were awesome and the extra blanket in the closet was nice. Towels were fluffy and huge. Price was on par with neighboring hotels.

We loved the fact that the condo was in a quiet neighborhood, the view of the bay was beautiful, the condo had everything needed, the amenities were wonderful and the few questions I had were answered immediately. I highly recommend!

Talk about an incredible find and deal. Private balcony view of the river. Close and convenient to restaurants the highway and actually wasn’t a bad drive to the local beaches. The pool was massive and overlooked the water. My kids had a great time fishing off the dock and we even launched some kayaks from the kayak launch. Very clean and host was very helpful and responsive. We will definitely be back next year. Slept 6 of us comfortably! Thanks for an amazing spring break memory!

We stayed for a month and loved it. We can't say enough about Jennifer...she was always very helpful and responsive. The water filter in the fridge required replacing part way though our stay and she had one delivered the next day. All other communications were responded to very quickly. The place was like new with a well equipped Kitchen. The bikes were a great bonus and got put to good use. Lots of wildlife when looking out the back lanai. Satellite pool a 5 min walk from the condo and never had an issue finding a lounge. They also have the larger pool about a mile away that has more activity. Lots more amenities available within the complex We would definitely stay here again

I had a great visit atJeff’s place. His condo has all the essentials and was in a very good location with easy access to pool, hot tub, tennis courts, etc. I hope to come back again.

This condo was exactly as described, and it is amazing! It sits right on the harbor, you can sit out on the screened porch and watch the boats come and go while listening to the live music next-door at the restaurant. We spent some time in the pool, which was extremely well maintained, and everybody in the complex is so friendly. We loved being able to just walk next-door and grab a bite to eat, don’t miss out on the Trading Posts’s specials for lunch! We hope to rent this place again soon.

The condo was just as described. Quiet, which is what my husband and I like. Everything you need is in the condo. Great view from the back porch. Lots to do within a short distance. Very clean and I should know because I clean other people’s houses myself. Thank you for a wonderful week. We will be back!

Great communication, really enjoyed the walkability of Burnt Store Marina. The home was spotless, and well equipped.

Great 3 weeks in Fort Myers. Fabian’s place was awesome and exactly as advertised. Excellent location. Close to everything we were interested in. The few times we had questions, Fabian responded promptly.

This place is great!! Safe and comfortable with a fantastic location for fishing. It is right on the water and a minute walk from the dock to be picked up by your boat. Just amazing! For the price, you will not find a better spot in this area.

The house was so clean and very spacious. There was enough of bedding and towels. The backyard is amazing and the host was very descriptive with the rules to follow.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was exceptionally clean, and Maria was incredibly responsive. She went out of her way to provide us with a second pack-and-play, which we really appreciated. She also allowed us to check in early since we had young children and an early flight—such a thoughtful gesture! This Airbnb is very kid-friendly, with plenty of toys and a much-appreciated pool gate for safety. The neighborhood is walkable, making it easy to explore. I couldn’t be more impressed. The house is fantastic. My dog and I stayed 28 nights. Well stocked, clean, quiet, fenced backyard and a garage! The house is as pictured and it was very easy to settle in. Close to shopping (Publix, Costco, CVS, Walgreens, etc. Plenty of restaurants, 10 minutes to downtown Venice and Shamrock park. The location is ideal for a south Venice location. Roman was quick to answer any questions or concerns. My only issue has to do with walking my dog. The street out front has some minor traffic to deal with especially early morning. You just need a good walking leash and collar and you’re all set. That being said, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this house again if in beautiful Venice. Thanks Roman.

Fantastic home! The home is absolutely beautiful with wonderful amenities. Great attention to detail in this home and everything is labeled for ease of use. The kitchen is functionally designed and beautifully stocked with appliances and dishes. The walk in showers are like being at a luxurious spa. The pool/lanai area is fantastic overlooking the River/bay. Enjoyed grilling/smoking meat on the grill/smoker provided and eating on lanai to enjoy the great Florida weather. The home is close to beach, shopping, and many other fun activities. We especially enjoyed a day picking blueberries at a nearby farm and making blueberry ice cream in the provided ice cream maker. After days at beach or out, it is relaxing to get in pool or spend time in conversation around the fire pit near the dock. Lanson and Allison were wonderful hosts providing great detail to making our stay special. There is a lot to do in the Ft Myer area; however, it is a luxury vacation just staying at Kokomo Del Sol!

Jack’s space was great for our group! Exceptionally clean and spacious. The view of the pool and canal are beautiful. Stocked with plenty of bath and beach towels, beach accessories & fun stuff to do (ping pong table, corn hole, games). Kitchen has tons of nice plates, glasses, pots/pans & cutlery/utensils. The kitchen did not have any food beyond cooking essentials such as oil, salt/pepper and a couple spices. You will need to bring all your toiletries as soap, shampoo/conditioner are not provided. The master bathroom is lovely and huge! The other bathroom could use a toilet tune up as the seat is loose. We never did figure out how to heat the spa tub which was unfortunate but perhaps user error. The home itself was very nice but we wish we could have transplanted it a bit closer to the nicer restaurants and marina areas- that would have made the entire experience perfect for our group. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway, this is a great option!

I had the best experience staying at this Airbnb in Cape Coral this weekend! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and made sure every detail was perfect for our stay. We especially loved the outdoor space , perfect for enjoying the beautiful Florida weather. The location was great too, close to restaurants, yacht club beach, and everything else we wanted to explore. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone visiting Cape Coral, and I can’t wait to come back!

Great place! So many little added amenities. Pool toys, fishing poles, camp chairs, etc. There was some unexpected construction next store, but the host addressed it right away! Our kids loved the quick trip to the water park just down the road!
