This gem is located in the bustling city of Colombo but nestled at the end of a Cul-de-sac and enshrouded in a jungle forest making it seem like you're hidden well away from the noise. The hosts were both friendly and helpful in giving info and travel tips and although they reside on the property, the sense of privacy was such that we felt we had the entire place to ourselves. While the price was a little higher than some places, this was one of the best locations we've stayed at, so much so, that we booked two more days at the end of our travels. I would highly recommend this location and will stay here again when we return to Sri Lanka.

We had an amazing stay in this truly unique and beautiful apartment! The space was not only stylish and comfortable but also had a special charm that made our trip even more memorable. Our host was absolutely fantastic—super helpful, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Our group had an absolutely perfect stay at Kinkini Bandaragama! The expansive garden area was a huge hit with our group of eight people. We were able to set up for our morning yoga sessions easily and had plenty of room for games in the afternoon. Inside, the living room easily accommodated our entire group. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals for everyone. The quiet and secluded location made it perfect for our meditation retreat; the peaceful surroundings really enhanced our practice. The house is conveniently located just a short ten-minute drive from Pearl Bay Water Park. We also enjoyed a peaceful boat ride on the serene Bolgoda Lake, just a short drive away. There's also a large supermarket just 10 minutes away, making it easy to stock up on supplies. The host, Tamara, was incredibly responsive and helpful, answering all our questions promptly and providing us with great recommendations for local restaurants. We highly recommend Kinkini Bandaragama

We spent 10 days at this nice apartment and we liked it very much. The location had easy access to transport and very secure and private. Irantha provided great hospitality and was very helpful with all our requirements during the stay. Cinnamon apartment is highly recommended and we will definitely stay there again!

I enjoyed staying in Colombo at Nimmi's place. The house is big and spacious, but what makes it truly special is a caregiver Lalith who lives in a separate apartment and takes full care of house and the guests. Lalith is kind, amazing cook and ready to help you anytime with any request you might have. I had incredible time staying there and definitely can recommend this place to stay at Colombo

Had the opportunity to spend the most relaxing and the most peaceful day at The Romance this weekend. The owner is so friendly and thoughtful. Everything was nicely arranged and spacious. We would definitely go back and 100% recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for relaxation surrounded by greenery.

Simply, it was our home for a short period of time. Everything was so perfect that we didn't even want to make a call to get clarification. Genuka is a very friendly person, and from the moment we placed the reservation, he was carefully concerned about what we wanted. And his father, who handed over the key to us, was also a very gentle and professional person who explained everything in the house clearly. The neighborhood is very relaxing, calm, and safe. There's a grocery store very close to the house where you can purchase almost all the things you need to cook (the house has a nice kitchen that includes all the related items to make your own meals). And the Galenigama highway interchange is much closer, so you can access most of the places very quickly. So Genuka's property is highly recommended; it is a nice, clean, safe, and calm place to relax and achieve your requirements closer to the main cities. Good Luck!
