We stayed for one week and it felt like home great location We walked with the kids to the beach from the flat and also it was easy to park everywhere and it was a bonus that the flat had a garage to park for free! We spent time in the balcony it was a lovely apartment in Nice!! THANK YOU

Susanna and Pascal were extremely lovely and helpful throughout our stay, there Air bnb is in a great location right next to the train station and short walk to the beach, close to shops. Menton is a beautiful place and staying here was a great choice. Lovely and clean just like the pictures and discrimination. Hope to stay again soon :)

Overall had a very great stay at this Airbnb. Everything was very well maintained and I felt right at home. The Apartment ist not in Monaco, but 15meters behind the border to france. This isn't a problem at all for me, it was only noticed when ordering a monaco taxi which wasn't allowed to come to the place, so we had to get a french taxi. Overall recommend 10/10

This was our second stay at Remario's apartment, we loved it just as much as last time. The place is beautiful, very clean, comfortable and stylish. The location is perfect for the train station, where it is very quick and easy to get trains out to various destinations for day trips. Check in was great and communication with the host was excellent. Definitely recommend it, and plan to return.

Fui en el gran premio de Mónaco, los precios son altos en general en esta semana, el único pequeño problema que tuve fue encontrar el departamento y las escaleras hacia el mismo. Gisele's place was fantastic! A prime location in Nice with easy accessibility to restaurants, bars, and transportation. She was a great host, very responsive and understanding of our situation! If i were to travel to Nice again soon, I would definitely stay with Gisele!

Ho soggiornato in questa casa ed è stata un'esperienza ottima. La casa è esattamente come descritta nelle foto: pulita e spaziosa. La cucina è ben attrezzata, perfetta per preparare pasti in autonomia. Il letto era comodo e ho apprezzato molto la tranquillità della zona. La proprietaria è stata molto disponibile e rapida nelle risposte. Consiglio vivamente questa casa a chi cerca un soggiorno confortevole.

Soggiorno meraviglioso. Ivan e la sua famiglia hanno fatto di tutto per metterci a nostro agio fin da subito, la casa e' bellissima e con un panorama mozzafiato. Ci sono parecchie cose che la rendono ottima per famiglie con bambini ma non solo, gli interni sono curati e la pulizia impeccabile. La Liguria e' una terra che ho conosciuto da poco e si sta rivelando piano piano la mia regione italiana preferita, la gentilezza delle persone ovunque sia andato mi e' rimasta nel cuore. Consiglio a tutti di visitarla, la posizione conveniente del posto rende possibile visitare una quantita' di posti a breve distanza come il lungomare di Albenga e Alassio, ma anche l'entroterra, con i suoi agriturismi e varie degustazioni degli ottimi vini ed olii locali. Consigliatissimo.

Wir waren 8 Tage in dem Haus. Das Haus ist wunderschön eingerichtet, die Aussicht ist fantastisch. Die Kommunikation mit Cristina war großartig. Sie hat sehr schnell auf unsere Anfragen reagiert, hat uns mit den Tipps für die Gegend geholfen, war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

We had a great stay in Lauies Airbnb! She is a wonderful host, very helpful and it was very easy to communicate with her! The apartment is just great! It is very nice to walk down into the city center. To go back you can either walk, take the bus or an uber. Also the patio is very nice! There you can have your breakfast (there is a shop just 5’ from Lauries home)! It is a wonderful place if you plan a city trip to Nice! Best place to be = Lauries place!! Hope to be there again some day!🙏🏽

Ce week-end à été fantastique. La maison est hyper chaleureuse, on s'y sent vraiment bien. La vue est sublime. Tout a été parfait! Matteo est un hôte très sympa et réactif.

Super logement, fonctionnel, très propre et très bien équipé ! La décoration est originale, la terrasse très agréable. On se sent de suite en vacances ! Le logement est très calme et la place de parking est un vrai plus. Federico est un hôte très réactif et sympathique. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, et nous recommandons vivement ce logement !

Sandra's house is an amazing place, located in a tiny village, on the hills, refined in the smallest detail. The house is comfortable, wonderfully located (those views!). Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit! Zwei Erwachsene und drei Kinder. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, gepflegt, hat alles, was für einen unbeschwerten Urlaub brauchen! Allein der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist schon einiges wert! Die Wohnung liegt ein paar hundert Meter von der Altstadt entfernt, sodass Sie bequem über die Uferpromenade laufen können. Und auch eine hervorragende Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr. Das Ein- und Auschecken in die Wohnung verlief ohne Probleme. Ausgezeichnete Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter! Vielen Dank für die wundervollen Momente im Leben der Touristen! Immer wieder gerne!

Abbiamo soggiornato da Christine di passaggio per prendere un volo il mattino dopo all'aeroporto di Nizza che dista giusto una decina di minuti in auto. Appartamento curatissimo, bellissimo patio esterno che deve essere meraviglioso col bel tempo (quando siamo andati noi pioveva). Disponibilità di parcheggio in strada.

The penthouse is as described and although refurbished a few years ago, it looks like done yesterday. Serge greeted us and gave us a quick tour. The location is easy to reach from airport with Uber or tram. The area has plenty of good restaurants even visited by locals (rue Bonaparte) and bakeries within walking distance (Bordonnat is the best). Easy to walk to Nice old town, beach or train station (Monaco Cannes Antibes). You cannot go wrong with booking this apartment.

We loved our stay at this Airbnb! It was exactly as pictured and described, the unit is small but perfect for a couple. The checkin and checkout process was smooth and you can’t beat the location! Plenty of great food and drink options within a few minutes walk and about a 10 minute walk to the train station where you are well connected to other towns in the area. Ville Franche is gorgeous and a bit quieter than Nice, we loved being out of the hustle and bustle! Would recommend and stay again :)

Extremely neat and clean apartment. Seemed almost like the first renting. Fantastic location with 180 degree Ocean view and looking directly at the mouth of the marina. Great for watching yachts come and go. Near all facilities. Very responsive host even after hours. Would rent again without hesitation.

Wij verbleven 3 weken in het appartement dat met recht een verborgen parel genoemd mag worden. Er is aan alles gedacht voor een zo prettig mogelijk verblijf. De garage en het ruime terras zijn een groot pluspunt. De communicatie verliep soepel en snel. Beaulieu-sur-Mer is een zeer aangename mooie en gemoedelijke plaats, de winkelstraat ligt om de hoek van het appartement, een park en het strand op 5 minuten lopen. Wij bevelen het ten zeerste aan en komen hier graag terug! Heel erg bedankt James en Melanie.
