Had a wonderful stay! The apartment is great, perfect for what we needed. The hotel is beautiful with a big pool and lounge area. AC worked great and there was plenty of bedding and extra blankets for our stay. The hosts were super friendly and flexible with check-in/checkout which made for a very peaceful last morning. 10/10 would recommend and we will be staying again next time we’re in Orlando!

Nice place, clean and open! The pillows was the best thing I ever felt and laid on, so nice I had to order four sets for each of my houses lol because one night I was suppose to go out and just to go back there to drop bags off and I laid down and couldn’t get back up thanks Kyle lol but Kyle was very responsive in communicating which is very good…next time I come in May hopefully this place is available because it will definitely be an option for sure!

This was our second year staying within the Vista Cay resort through Airbnb. We absolutely love it here. It feels safe and secure. It’s close to everything- restaurants, attractions, so many things to do just outside the gate. This rental was perfect. Exactly as described. The hosts were great. We enjoyed our stay and will be back next year!

Overall My Family And I Had Enjoyed Our Stay . The Location Was So Convenient To Local Stores AND Restaurants , And Amusement Parks.. Enjoyed The Pool So Much My Son Loved It . The Place Was Very Pristine And Looked Exactly Like The Photos. Most Of My Fiancé And I Loved The View On The Balcony. Also Sabrina Our Host Was Very Communicative And Friendly Throughout The Check In And Check Out . Can’t Wait To Book Again With Sabrina DEFINITELY LOVED THE EXPERIENCE!!! :) THANKS AGAIN MS SABRINA!

The pictures look exactly like the home. The host was great. It has more of a “new apartment vibe”. The place was spotless! We have no complaints at all. Everything was as described. Check in and check out was simple. If you have a toddler I would recommend bringing something to block off the stairways. Also to make yourself feel more at home, bring extra trash bags, condiments and seasonings for food. One thing I would recommend adding in the description is that the kitchen is on the second floor and that there are 3 stories total. Great stay!

Localização excelente para o circuito dos Parques e demais atrações da Disney. Recebe com conforto 2 casais pois o imóvel tem 2 suítes e os demais quartos os banheiros são no corredor. Tem boas acomodações para mais 6 crianças / adolescentes. A piscina também é ótima para a rotina mas o aquecimento é pago à parte. Segurança e tranquilidade são características do Condomínio. Silencioso para dormir, qualquer barulho acaba 00:00 hs. Cozinha bem equipada para refeições em família. Recomendo.

We had an amazing experience. Great communication from Justin. The house is very spacious and great for multiple families. Lots of activities and games for kids. The only challenge is you can only park two cars in the driveway and have a bit of a walk to visitor parking. Also, the clubhouse is very strict on not allowing you to bring in food or snacks for kids which is annoying. Overall the development is clean, safe and great to explore.

This was a family vacation. 8 adults and 5 children under 7. The kids were in so excited looking in every room picking out where they were going to sleep ( we didn’t tell them anything about where we were staying). After a fun day around the pool or Disney ,the theater was a hit cuddled in the chairs with their stuff animals. The playroom kept them out of trouble while we fixed dinner. More then enough room for a family of 13 A great vacation for everyone!

Communication was excellent — every question I had was answered quickly and thoughtfully. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It’s clear that the host truly cares about their guests and goes above and beyond to create a welcoming environment. We were in town for a cheer competition and wanted a nice, convenient location to the convention center so we booked Daniel’s place. The condo was just as Daniel described it! It was big enough for the 5 of us to move around and feel comfortable all week. It had everything we needed in the kitchen. It was very clean and comfortable. The master bathroom is gigantic and perfect for two teen cheerleaders to get ready. We enjoyed the balcony as well and loved that it was screened in. The only negative is that there is no elevator to the third floor, so carrying luggage and groceries was a workout! We also enjoyed time down at the beach by the lake and pool, sipping our Pina Coladas and reading our books. Overall, a great place to stay! We will definitely look into staying at Daniel’s place again!

This place did not disappoint! Everything was well maintained and clean. Location was awesome for the parks, especially Universal, Sea World, and Discovery Cove (highly recommend). Gated community felt very private and extremely quiet. Publix right around the corner beside some great restaurants. Beths Burgers and NYPD pizza were awesome and the Sushi Hut is next level good Japanese! Overall great place and would definitely stay again! Thanks Kris

The place was so nice! Pictures don’t do it justice! The area was perfect, walked around lake eola and surrounding areas all day Saturday and it was picture perfect. We don’t have any need to drive anywhere. The only slight complaint I have is the shower, the curtain had a slight smell to it and needs to be changed most likely. Everything else is a 10/10!!!! Would definitely and WILL stay here again!!! Thank you for everything Marc!!!!

Loved it here! 10/10. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. Location is great. Super close to plenty of attractions and there is a Publix grocery store right down the road. Very quiet community. I will definitely be back!

If I could give over 5 stars , I would. The pictures do not do this accommodation justice. If you are traveling with kids, you will never need to leave the grounds. The splash pad, numerous pools, tennis courts, ponds, fishing dock, and white sand beach were all as advertised. The room included sand toys, strollers (a double stroller), beach towels, and a fully stocked kitchen. Ray was kind and attentive before, throughout and after our stay. We will definitely be staying here the next time we are in town.

The location was perfect—walking distance to some great outlet stores and just a 10-minute drive to a larger outlet mall with high-end shopping options. Everything we needed was super convenient, with both Walmart and Publix just 3 minutes away. It was also only about 10–15 minutes to both Magic Kingdom and Disney Springs, which made our days so much easier. The property itself was just as described—clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. Check-in was a breeze, and we felt at home right away. The pool area was a highlight: clean, relaxing, and the pool bar had great drinks and snacks that didn’t break the bank. One of the best parts was being able to watch the Disney fireworks every night from where we stayed—such a magical bonus! I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

This was a great stay and only had one minor issue with the gate but was able to call the security line and get the new code immediately. Gary had great instructions, very clean and well prepared place. Excellent location. Will definitely stay here again if the future brings us back.
