Our beautiful cabin sits in Clarksville on 6 private acres, close to major ATV and snowmobile trails, as well as the Hurlburt Nature Conservancy Area. We are minutes from Lake Francis and the Connecticut Lakes in NH's northernmost town, Pittsburg. While by no means primitive, our cabin is simple and rustic, and...in the woods. You may be visited by rabbits and coyote, or even a moose or deer grazing early in the morning. You may have the occasional cobweb, fly, swollen door, or sticky evening.

Also available is a beautiful apartment that comfortably sleeps 4 - 6 if the living room futon is used. Inc. Bathroom, Kitchen, Bedroom, Living area. This area is an additional cost and only available for over 8 guests. An incredible snowmobile system that borders Maine, Vermont, and extends into Canada!

The HILLSIDE is a 1st floor unit that has a beautiful and sunny open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen. The unit comfortably sleeps 4 in the 2 bedrooms, each with a queen size bed. There is a walk-in shower and laundry in the unit.

The boat launch is conveniently located 1/8 of a mile away and the local beach is a short paddle across the lake using the provided canoe and kayaks.

Beautiful summers for easy hikes and refreshing swims in the lakes of our local Groton State Forest, unbelievable foliage to view from small dirt roads, and tons of outdoor winter activities. Great for a couples getaway, friends weekend, or some quality time with the family.
