Me and my friends had fun staying here. The unit is so cozy and clean. And the owner is really responsive as well as Ms. Tess, she’s really kind.

Great stay! Next to mall, restaurants and parks so in a very walkable area. Small but didnt feel too small due to the layout - very convenient apartment. A bit wear and tear on a few shelves but nothing that bothered us. First time in Manila but we felt very safe even in the nearby low lit streets at night.

I would like to give a special thank you to ate Grace and kuya Bong for the memorable stay. I was trying hard to find something wrong with the place, but to be honest I couldn’t find anything to fault. The place was spotless clean and and it looks a lot better in person then the pictures. Nothing was an issue and the hosts always were quick to help in what ever requests I had. Very good location close to mega mall, restaurants and weekend food market. Really safe and clean place to stay. I will definitely return and highly recommend this place to stay. Once again thank you so much guys . Salamat po🙏🏼

If you’d like to wake up and walk a few steps to the gondola, ski lessons or the equivalent of a block to Treehouse (for kids), this is the place. It also overlooks the ice rink. Parking is easy and just a short elevator to the condo (under 2 mins condo to car). This is our second stay in this unit and it’s very comfortable, well supplied and allows us to cook almost all of our meals, which we prefer. Highly recommend.

This was the perfect stay and I highly recommend this unit for anyone looking for an Airbnb in this area. It feels timeless here, the furniture is nicely kept. The Unit is complete with everything you'll need for a more than comfortable stay. Very homy and clean. I appreciated the fast wifi and available entertainment features on the smartTV. Cooking and doing my own laundry was made easy and just relaxing here is worth while, as there are many amenities in this compound. Due to my long stay, I took advantage of the gym and recreation center. there's a nice court and open field. The location is great too; a 5 minute walk to a mall and supermarket and other outlets and cafe's nearby. It is peaceful in this community and I never get tired of the scenery from the balcony of this unit. Since the compound is very large I also enjoyed jogging around. I'm thankful that Jhovy communicates very well, she's professional, caring and accommodating at the same time and responsive to inquiries.

Definitely worth it! The place was really clean and the hosts are very responsive. Sir Jerome and Sir Philip gave us proper instructions and fast answers to our queries. Will book again! Truly a great place :) We suggest to have more bright lights bcos most of the lights are dim. Also, hoping to have a thicker comforter since the ac is cold hehe. Nonetheless, 5 stars!
