communication was super easy the property was right across the beach we were in the hot tub for a couple hours on Sunday and listen to live music from the restaurant downstairs

This perfect little studio is great! The design and storage space worked perfectly for myself, my daughter and grand baby. We enjoyed our time so much that we asked to extend our stay. Everything was exactly as described. Beautiful ocean view! Cozy and felt like home. The master bed is super comfy! Brandon is a wonderful host, and he messaged we could check in earlier than expected. I did not have to contact him with any issues the duration of our stay. This was the perfect spring break getaway with my husband and two teenage sons. We hope to stay again!

My little family enjoyed our stay!! We maximized our three days from the beach, to the pools, and the hot tub!! The amenities were great!! Will definitely be staying here again!! Also, Kaylan was very responsive and helpful!!!

It was so clean and has to be the nicest place to stay with the pool and hot tub over looking the beach!! Everything was in walking distance!! Sharon was so great responded within 5 minutes and was so helpful and had my best interest at mind!! Will def be coming back

We rented Just Beachy for our first family road trip. Stephen was very helpful and communicative. He gave some great recommendations when I inquired on little kid friendly places and a local photographer for family beach photos. He was very responsive when I reached out with a couple questions. The condo is lovely and just as described. The view is spectacular! The building itself is so convenient and we appreciated the private parking. Origin staff were very friendly too. The beach is an easy walk across the street from the condo and was filled with many families visiting PCB for an easy getaway. 10/10 will do this exact vacay again!

This was our 2nd 2-week stay in this condo. We love the higher floor, especially for watching the military jets and helicopters and for spotting dolphins! The location is not the easiest to find but if you look for ‘Wyndham Sky Bar’, you’re in the right place. The driveway is on either side of the building across Front Beach Rd so if you pass it, you get one more chance. Kaylan is super responsive and gives great instructions. They implemented our feedback from last year. The pools are terrific and the beach is beautiful! This location is very quiet and peaceful in the middle of February. Highly recommended!

Amazing stay

My coworker and I had a great stay at Alan’s place. It had everything we needed for the week. We enjoyed the large back porch and cooking steaks on the gas grill. The shower was super spacious and very nice. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful.
