I rented this unit for several weeks while on a long term project in the Memphis area. The pictures do not do justice to this home. This is a very nice end unit in a brand new development, and everything in the home is brand new and tastefully curated. The location is very convenient with easy access to pretty much everything the Southaven area has to offer. Sakinah was very responsive and easy to contact, and the check in process was simple and easy. Because the home is so new, there are limited items in the kitchen - there is just enough cookware etc, and it is all clean and new and serviceable, but could use some additional items to round it out and make it a more "at home" experience. Again, it is a brand new home, so this will no doubt improve over time as items accumulate. Overall a great rental experience, and I would highly recommend!

The house was great! Spent almost two weeks there for flight training. The host was super responsive and allowed us to make changes to the reservation when we requested.

We just love her place. Everything was spotless clean looks like the pictures felt right at home. Nice backyard for privacy. All the amenities you need can’t say anything bad about the place. Would definitely stay there again in the future.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, everything was just as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The space was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities we could ask for. Our only concern was that there was only one small bathroom upstairs to accommodate 4 bedrooms. The location was perfect, close to local restaurants and shops, peaceful and quiet. We truly felt at home here. We would recommend it to our friends and family.

Great overall experience! We liked the off street parking, the local recommendation, and the space was as shown. We did have a minor issue but Stephanie was quick to respond and had a solution ready to go. There was a grocery store and pub in walking distance that we liked. Easy to get around to other places as well. Thanks!

We absolutely loved our stay at Mark’s place. It was comfortable and well appointed, and waking every morning to the beautiful gardens was a delight! Mark truly makes you feel like a valued guest in his home. We loved learning about their journey to renovate the historic home through words and pictures via the photo albums on the table. Thoughtful amenities such as water and sodas in the fridge and home made pumpkin bread made us feel at home. We will definitely be renting again!

This was such a wonderful place to stay. Clear instructions and communication. There are several places to sit outside and take in nice weather. It’s a short walk to many bars and restaurants but is a very quiet, residential street. We really loved our stay and our pup, who can be anxious in new settings, seemed right at home.

We were so appreciative of Jamey’s prompt communication and accommodation. The location is close to all of the main tourist sites in Memphis, and we had such a great trip in the city in large part because we had peace of mind about where we were staying for the extended weekend!

Very clean and ample space for what we needed. Close to everywhere we wanted to go. Kitchen was well stocked although we ended up not cooking much. Best of all it was quiet and peaceful area. Would definitely stay here again

Very clean, quiet and roomy space. Spent two nights, we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The location is great, right next to the National Civil Rights Museum. Christopher was very responsive, and provided clear instructions. Would highly recommend.

This was an extremely new and well designed condo. It was close to Beall and everything going on in downtown.

My colleague and I thoroughly enjoyed our 1-week stay while working at the Orpheum Theatre. The location was within walking distance to work and nearby conveniences, the property felt secure, and the space was beautifully decorated and well-equipped. We were bummed to leave when the week was over!

This a beautiful place and the pictures don’t do any justice- for this to be downtown, it’s quite and private. The location is walkable to some great restaurants and shops .

This place was fantastic! Clean kitchen and bathrooms, which are a must for my family. Pleasantly surprised by 3 extremely comfortable beds. We loved the security of a gated entrance, it really helped us feel safe. The pictures don’t do this place justice. It was 5-15 minutes from everywhere we needed and wanted to go.

This is a beautiful condo. When you get in, you will feel right at home. The hostesses were very responsive. I recommend this location for anyone coming to Memphis. It is close to everything (shopping centers, the regional mall, and restaurants). AND it is unbelievably quiet.

This is a cool place to stay. Beale St 15 minute walk. At time of reviewing (April 2025) the trolly bus had been suspended which was a shame….but locals suggested there was a chance they may be back in the summer. There’s two flights of stairs to the main bedrooms which were no problem for us but maybe worth knowing. The kitchen was really well stocked with coffee etc. The host was really efficient at providing check-in info. One minor negative is locals advised not to wander around too much after dark - we did and didn’t experience any issues. This is a really historic area and you should checkout the Arcade (you can’t miss it) for breakfast and the Lorraine Motel at back of property - significant historical place! (MLK) Recommended!
