We loved everything about Esther's place! It was exactly as described and our kids loved the shuffleboard table. The surroundings are beautiful, and it was close to Plattekill and Belleayre for skiing.

Great host and place all around! Kim was very responsive before, during, and after the trip. The amenities were great and location was close by Plattekill. She recommended ahead of time to bring an AWD vehicle as her driveway is on an incline. I’d recommend this stay.

The house was amazing and located in a peaceful area, perfect for a relaxing getaway. It had everything we neede, from tea and basic kitchen supplies to a prayer mat, which was a thoughtful touch. The place was clean, cozy, and made us feel right at home. Really enjoyed the quiet, country vibe. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to unwind in a calm setting.

Great spot for exploring with dogs! The neighborhood includes another house that I believe John shares with family and friends, so we weren’t entirely alone in the area—which I personally found reassuring. If you’re looking for complete seclusion, it’s a good idea to confirm this detail with John. Right behind his home, there’s a trail perfect for morning strolls, and the location is very accessible for road cycling, which I thoroughly enjoyed. It would also be a fantastic base for mountain or gravel biking adventures! John’s place was spotless, comfortable, and had a nice bathroom with plenty of hot water. Highly recommend!

We spent a week at Laura's and loved the snow and quiet. It's definitely a drive to the main nearby towns, but the countryside is lovely. We know the area well and enjoyed checking out something new. The lakeside community was empty in the winter, but it seems like it would feel busier in summer. Nice kitchen equipment, comfortable beds, hot showers, and cozy spaces to be together. Couldn't ask for more!

What a beautiful home with so much character! We had a wonderful weekend skiing at Belleayre- an easy 13 minute drive to the mountain. Spacious, clean and updated- we would definitely stay again!

Butternut Farm cottage charmed us with its cuteness and thoughtful amenities! We were impressed by the well-equipped kitchen (utensils, spices, Ziploc bags!) and the provided hiking sticks – Michele truly thought of everything. Our Frenchie loved exploring the farm. However, we did encounter a few wasps inside on separate occasions and ants in the small bathroom. The main bathroom's lukewarm water and leaky tub prevented relaxing baths. While the highway noise was unnoticeable thanks to provided noise machines, the first-floor bathroom setup (main bath attached to main bedroom) and limited hot water for multiple showers require planning. Despite these minor drawbacks, our family had a wonderful time. The cottage's charm and the pet-friendly farm made for a memorable getaway. We'd consider returning, hoping the small issues are addressed.

This place was awesome. It was comfy and private, beautiful. Jarrett was very proactive even checking in on us after check in. The lake was gorgeous and If your looking for great food visit the Spotted Cow awesome food and great service. Thank you so much Jarrett. If your looking for a private exclusive getaway with amazing views, this is the place.

Perfect Snowboarding Getaway! I rented this lovely home for a weekend snowboarding trip, and I couldn't be happier with my choice. The location is incredibly convenient, just a short drive from Belleayre, making it easy to hit the slopes. The home was exactly as described—cozy and comfortable, providing the perfect retreat after a day of snowboarding. Carol was a fantastic host; she was very responsive to any inquiries, and the check-in process was seamless. I had no issues during my stay and can't think of any complaints. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a great place to stay while enjoying winter sports. Will definitely be back!

Very eclectic home with unique decorations that made for a memorable stay in a positive way. Belleayre Mountain ski area is just up the road so it was the perfect location for a ski weekend. Really great experience and would recommend it.

Paul is the best host I have ever communicated with through Airbnb. He is extremely responsive and keeps a very clean place. Will be staying here for years to come.

My family of four stayed at James's place along with our dog and had a wonderful time. The place is super cozy and surrounded by beautiful property with woods and a pond. We went in the winter and loved the location just a stone's throw from Plattekill ski mountain. James was very helpful and responsive, checking in frequently throughout the weekend to make sure we were comfortable. We will definitely stay at his place again!

Loved this stay! The weather wasn’t great during our time but the place was so cozy and we were able to use the wood stove. We appreciated the fresh baked goods, and all of the other snacks and treats supplied- it was probably the most well stocked airbnb we’ve ever been to. There was plenty of recommendations in the area, in a binder provided. We loved the open floor plan and will definitely return again.

Very clean apartment space, great kitchen amenities for a studio, warm robes for the winter, friendly host, great location (couldn’t be any closer to Bellearye ski mountain). Apartment space was roomier than expected and Daniel accommodated our toddler son just perfect in the apt. Will rent out from his lodge again!

JB is a great host. I asked JB a number of questions during my stay and He got back to me right away. The place is great. The photos are very accurate. My cousin and I loved the place. The fans and AC worked great even on hot & humid days. The kitchen was well stocked and we loved the open floor plan.

This is now the second time my soccer team and I have stayed at Katie’s property. Just like last year it was perfect! We did miss the paddle boat, but we assumed it was put away for the winter. Nonetheless the property, the home, everything was great. We’re excited to book it again next year for our soccer tournament.

Our stay at Liz’s home was everything we hoped for and more! It was the perfect getaway to a stunningly beautiful, comfortable, and special place. It truly felt like home, and it’s clear Liz put a lot of thought into making the experience great. A stocked kitchen, comfy beds, and cozy feel made relaxation easy. We loved using both the inside and outdoor fireplaces and tvs, and were even treated to a surprise April snowstorm! Perched on a hilltop with amazing views, the location is private, yet just a short ride to town. Highly recommend The Walk In for biscuits and visiting a few of the cute shops! Liz was a wonderful host, and we will be back, for sure!

Our family weekend at Casa Julia was awesome. All 3 generations loved the layout of the house and the beautiful lake across the street. The house was nicely decorated, matched the pictures, and had everything we needed. It was a great home base for relaxation and exploring the Catskills!

i can’t say enough good things about mercedes and her house. the house is incredible, filled with the most interesting furniture, art, and vignettes. the location is peaceful and beautiful, and easy to get to other towns to spend some time shopping and eating. mercedes is a fabulous host; responsive, helpful, friendly and kind. the house is gorgeous and cozy, with so many things to do at the house during your stay. one of the best air bnbs i’ve stayed at!
