The wife and I really enjoyed the location of this place. You would be hard pressed to find another Airbnb with a better spot!

Only one minor thing: the universal electric car charger is out or order. Not the host's fault. But be aware. (There is a Tesla charger in the garage that's working.)

We enjoyed a perfectly peaceful stay at Ann’s! We couldn’t have asked for a better location with the aquarium, shops, restaurants, and beaches within walking distance. The bed was comfy, cozy interior, beautiful gardens. Just the perfect spot!

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay. Well equipped kitchen and it was fun to spend some time enjoying the view.

We had a wonderful stay at Jane’s beautiful oceanfront home! The views from the patio, and living room were absolutely stunning—we even spotted seal pups right from the patio. The location is perfect: easy walking distance to the aquarium, Cannery Row, the beach, and a scenic walking/bike path. The home was spotless and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed—laundry soap, extra towels, high-quality bedding, and comfortable, homey furniture. Jane made the check-in process seamless with clear instructions and even left us a list of local recommendations and binoculars to enjoy the views. Although Jane lives upstairs, the unit feels very private. She was responsive and welcoming, while giving us plenty of space. This was one of the most comfortable and well-prepared rentals we’ve stayed in. Highly recommend!

We stayed at Kathleen's place for Thanksgiving, just after some torrential storms. The weather, however, was fantastic, and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub (saltwater--a pleasant surprise!). The beach was really great; our girls really enjoyed hunting for sea glass. Our older one discovered some old glass that dated back to pre-WWII and had trace amounts of uranium in it (it glows bright green under UV light). After that, looking for sea glass was all they wanted to do.... I don't know if all Seascape units are as nicely appointed, but this one was clean, modern, and comfortable. I can't recall if it is in the description, but it has a nice collection of puzzles and board games.

Terri's place is fresh and clean. It appears to be recently renovated, with gorgeous interior design, an open kitchen, and lovely landscaping. This was definitely one of the cleanest Air BnB's we have stayed in. Pristine inside and out. The kitchen is well appointed and had all of the appliances/cooking utensils we needed. The garden is gorgeous (there's that word again) and gets a lot of comments from people walking the river. A beautiful stroll along the river path gets you to the shops and restaurants at the esplanade. We cannot wait to return! Something not in Terri's control (obviously) is the traffic. Bring your patience every time you leave the location in your vehicle. Capitola and the surrounding towns were not designed for the sheer amount of people who come visit, so every outing in a car is slow going. Just enjoy the view and plan ahead.

We had a great time and would definitely recommend. The neighborhood and property are gorgeous. House was comfortable, airy and sunny. We loved the river access!

Our family stayed at Evan’s place this past weekend Saturday & Sunday . We had a few questions throughout our stay and Evan was very responsive to our messages . Our 3 daughters ( preteen , teenager and young adult ) and their friend accompanied us. The walking distance to the beach was a huge plus! We enjoyed our stay and having a jacuzzi onsite was a huge bonus! We highly recommend Evan’s place and we hope to be back when we are back in Santa Cruz !

We had a spectacular visit to Coppers Nest. The house is a marvel from the second to walk the boardwalk to their stairs, and the interior is thoughtful and very well appointed. The complex is quintessential California, with unique architecture, gorgeous flora and fauna, plenty of amenities (pickleball, tennis, bball courts, bocce, etc), all with the constant and soothing pounding of waves and ocean views at every turn. Bryan and Erin were terrific hosts, making sure we had everything we needed while never feeling overwhelmed. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a Monterey Bay vacation.

Awesome house went with 16 teenagers and two parents. Everybody was able to walk and do whatever they wanted throughout the day and come back together for meals with plenty of space. As noted by some others it can be loud at times but with a/c you can easily close windows and drop blinds which worked great.

We LOVED our stay at Evan’s place. Exactly as described. We took advantage of all the things including a dry sauna, a hot tub and the bikes. I was able to even get in a day surfing. I brought my own wetsuit, and borrowed a board. My 3 year old referred to it as our “vacation house”. We will absolutely be coming back.

Five of us (2 adults, 3 kids ages 11-15yo) had a wonderful stay at this cute cottage. The beds were very comfortable and even though it’s on a main road, we slept with the window open and found it very quiet and peaceful. It’s such a short walk to the beach and the boardwalk, we didn’t hear whining from the kids once, which is an accomplishment! Also a very close drive to stores and shopping. The kitchen was fully stocked, there were extra linens, and they had lots of streaming services on the TV. We loved our stay here and would definitely come back again!

Joanne and Nicole’s apartment was very spacious, and both David and I had more than enough room to relax and enjoy our time. The home theater was such a special treat, and we really appreciated the helpful information they provided about nearby restaurants. On top of that, they generously left snacks and even pasta sauce for us, which made us feel very welcomed. The outdoor hot tub was warm, clean, and incredibly cozy, making our stay even more relaxing. The instructions they gave were very clear and easy to follow, which helped everything go smoothly from the moment we arrived. They also placed a very easy-to-understand guidebook inside the apartment, so we could quickly find anything we needed without any confusion. Thanks to their thoughtful setup and care, we were able to fully relax and enjoy a slow and peaceful two-night, three-day stay.

We spent several nights in David’s condo, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. I had kind and timely communication with David even before our arrival, and the condo itself was just perfect. The pictures don’t do it justice, it is in a very peaceful, private area and closer to the water than expected. Breathing the ocean air and the sound of waves is so healing. I watched humpback whales breach and dolphins feeding, it was very pleasant to have pelicans flying right past as well. The sunsets were beautiful and it was such excellent viewing at any time of day with 2 deck levels to choose from. You can view the coast from Santa Cruz all the way down to Monterey! The condo is tastefully decorated and spacious, and the beds were extremely comfortable with cozy quilts and pillows. There are comfy throws for your lap and many other homey touches. The condo has so many dishes and pots and pans it’s easy to cook a meal. I can’t wait to stay there again. Thank you David!

Amazing views of the Pajaro River and the ocean. Perfect place for wildlife viewing. We enjoyed the comfortable seating area with panoramic coastline views through the large picture windows. There's also a nice deck attached to the living room and master bedroom.

We absolutely loved our stay at Kristina’s condo! The place was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Kristina was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend this Airbnb – we’d definitely stay here again!

The location of the apartment is awesome. We really enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and excellent view of the beach and ocean. Sleeping with the sound of the ocean waves was such a gift. Patti is lovely and kind with her communications. We did have some issues with the shower and bath sink in one of the bathrooms. We also wished we had paid attention to what was not listed in terms of provisions. For example, you’d have to bring your own coffee, teas, paper towels, and bathroom hand soaps (although napkins and bath soap bars were provided). Overall, a beautiful home at a great location with potentials for some minor improvements which I understand Patti will address in good spirit.

If you are looking for a place to rest, relax and reset your mind this is the place for you. Pajaro Dunes is a wonderful location to walk along the beach just steps away from the condo. It’s very peaceful and the resort grounds are clean. Soojin is a wonderful host and her condo was more than we could have asked for. Very clean, modern decor and the amenities provided were very well thought of especially in the kitchen and in the bathrooms. Beach amenities were provided as well. We hope to return and bring our family and friends to join us next time around.

We had a wonderful short getaway at Sue’s place! The condo is just steps from the beach, pool, and jacuzzi. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves was relaxing, and the ocean breeze was very refreshing. It was exactly what we needed to reset and recharge. Everything was just as described, and we would stay here again! Thank you, Sue!

This was our second stay at Seascape. It's a beautiful, relaxing property. The unit is comfortable and very well-appointed. Even the sofa bed and wall bed are really comfy. The view is lovely. The location of this unit makes it pretty easy to get belongings to and from the parking lot. Owners are friendly and professional, with great communication.
