This house was built by Captain George W. Cook in early 1800s. He was the Captain of a merchant sailing vessel called the Jed F. Duren. a large vessel at 112 tons. Two of Captain George W Cook's original navigation maps are mounted in the house. The home is reminiscent of days of sea and sail. The house is really cool and the waterfront and sunrise views are amazing! This century home meets today's standards of comfort and safety. It is now owned by a Captain Parker - a local lobster fisherman.

Built in 1890, Todd Mansion is one of the most photographed residences in southern NB. Centrally located in the small town of St. Stephen, it's just minutes from the U.S Border and a 20 minute drive to the seaside town of St. Andrews. The cottage also has great outdoor spaces with an attached screened in room, attached open deck and a screened in gazebo located on a lower cliff overlooking the water with open decks.
