Our place is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood just off the interstate - 10 minutes from Syracuse University, LeMoyne College, hospitals and downtown. It is just minutes away from Starbucks, Panera's, Wegmans and numerous other restaurants and shopping facilities. It is also very close to the Erie Canal trail for walking, jogging or biking. We have chosen to go with an Adirondack theme with our decor. We live just across the street and you will enjoy total privacy when you stay.

Period furniture blended with modern amenities provide for a luxurious stay. Park directly outside your suite and private front entrance. The Orchard Overlook is situated in the middle of our 1,000 acre apple orchard. This house truly has it all. Heated pool + new hot tub in addition to a gym, wood burning fire place, a fully renovated bathrooms and kitchen. This is the perfect house to stay at to enjoy everything the country has to offer. Escape from it all, relax and enjoy special time. Or catch a show, go apple picking or enjoy a tasting at Apple Hill. The #1 apple orchard in the country is 3 minutes away!

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this spacious, centrally located home. Close to SU, LeMoyne, ESF, St Joseph’s hospital, Crouse & Upstate. Enjoy the large kitchen and separate dining room, and relax in the living room. You can look forward to a great nights sleep in our 2- king beds in our master suites, or a full in the guest room.
